I love the Arundel benches and cushions. You can feel the quality annd they anre very comfortable . Ordering from the Chester store was a dream and the delivery guys were exceptional. Came when they said and took away all the rubbish.

I could quite happily live in my local Neptune store; it’s gorgeous and if I could afford to replace everything in my house with Neptune furniture, fixtures, fittings and accessories, I certainly would. That said, I returned an online order recently because the item was a little more ‘rustic’ than I was expecting. However, on the whole, I’ve found Neptune products to be of excellent quality and superb design.

I ordered an outdoor sofa from Neptune Chester store. I wanted it delivered ready for a party. As the delivery team were unable to deliver it in time, Joe delivered it personally. This has to be amongst the best customer service I have ever received. A big Thank You!

The shop is a pleasure to visit. The staff are friendly and helpful without constant sales pitch, lovely. Great products at a reasonable price.

Communication and delivery times were very poor and slow. I had to chase 3-4 times to find out when delivery would be and it was then further delayed.
At point of purchase in store, I wasn't made aware of the delivery lead times.
