Neptune - Farnham レビュー 

We are delighted with the beautiful kitchen designed by Danica at Neptune. The service we have received from Danica from our first meeting through to her final visit after completion has been wonderful and we have very much appreciated the friendly efficiency of all the other members of the team too, particularly Kathryn and Greg who have been incredibly helpful. The Neptune kitchen is a delight, and cooking and entertaining in it a huge pleasure. Thank you to all at Neptune.

Paid yet another visit to Neptune Farnham today… and was met with “THE” most helpful lady ! …. No request or query was too trivial in her eyes (I had asked her where they bought their potted plants from locally ??) ….as I had purchased one of the Broseley flower pots …and happened to like the actual plant they had placed it it outside the main door … and she couldn’t have been more helpful in enquiring on my behalf …. I truly …. And “CONSISTENCY” find that ….. “ALL” of the ladies and gentlemen at the Farnham location, go above and beyond …in making my (and I suspect ALL) customer experience as smoother and pleasant as humanly possible !

I shop a LOT for both myself …and for my job … and I truly wish that all of my retail experiences could be as wonderful and effortless as those I consistently experience at this one store !

This is why I keep coming back and making more and more purchases !

Beautiful store and welcoming staff and a lovely environment for cookery demonstration which I attended yesterday 16th March ran by Becky Wilkinson

I attended a cookery demonstration in the store today by Becky Wilkinson which was v enjoyable. The store was lovely, v homely and comfortable feel to it. Kitchens and loving rooms beautifully laid out and displayed. Garden and graded furniture also v well laid out. Easy parking and Sat Nav took me right to the door.

Utterly delighted by the results achieved by Danica and Kathryn, based at the Farnham store. From design concept to execution, including “dressing” each room with finishing-touch accessories at Completion, every stage of my multi-room project has been brilliantly done. I’m still wandering around from room-to-room admiring my beautifully decorated interiors!

The item I wanted was not in stock, however the representative I was dealing with quickly looked on line, ordered the item, confirmed when I could expect the item. The process was simple and straightforward and the item arrived when expected !

Always a pleasurable experience shopping at Neptune. The staff are helpful and friendly. The shop is a delight to be in and the products from candles to furniture are of a great quality. Not the cheapest but definitely worth the price.

I enjoyed looking round the beautifully presented shop. The assistants were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

I have received fantastic customer service today. Sarah was not only super kind and helpful, but she went into such details with me about the bespoke piece I was after. She draw everything so fast on piece of paper with all the dimensions and possible variations for the space this piece should fit in. It was all so clear that I left with a clear vision and with great satisfaction. Her recommendations about the colour and what could work in the space or not, which accessories to have or not, it was all very valuable.
Big thank you Sarah and Farnham team! I will be back :-)

I Oder two prints. There was a mix up and two the same was sent. One quick phone call and replacement was sent out in one wk. Very satisfied with how everything was dealt with

I have been helping my mum with ordering a new kitchen and must say how pleased we have been with the experience we have had from Neptune. Danica from the Farnham store is an absolute pleasure to work with and made what can be a stressful time of ripping out and replacing an entire kitchen a very enjoyable one.
The design process took place in the store and then with a visit to the home. There were a few tricky obstacles to work around and Danica came up with a great solution to them. Surveys were completed and a gorgeous album was given to us which displayed the proposed kitchen beautifully. The attention to detail is astounding.

Everyone who has been involved in the process, Greg, the installations manager, Leon and the team of fitters, the delivery guys, they have all been very friendly and polite and nothing has ever been too much trouble.

We were given an installation schedule and everything on the list commenced when it should without any delays. Everyone turned up on time. Cleaned up well and were very friendly and so easy to have in your home. Even all the cardboard packaging was collected by a team and taken away on a set date. We were notified every step of the way.

After the worktop was templated and fitted, the kitchen was then finished with a decorator coming to give the cabinetry a signature paint to finish it perfectly.

We honestly cannot fault the service we have received. It has been amazing and we are both thrilled with the finished kitchen. Thank you.

The delivery men were so respectful and very helpful, asking me where I wanted the bedside units moved to and carried my mattress from another room to put on my new bed, which is also perfect.
I am very happy with my purchase and the service.
