Neptune - Reading レビュー 

I love Neptune store on the Bath Rd. Always come out wanting to change all my rooms. Having ordered quite a few things in store I have usually been satisfied with deliveries. This time however was a bit disappointing, although I'm understanding of delays i felt they did not keep me up-to-date with all the dates that were booked for deliveries and then cancelled due to problems.

Five star as always with Neptune, in store and online the experience is always good. I have had to return goods before that didn't fit a particular scheme with no issues and delivery has always been fast and well packaged when ordering online. No reservations in recommending Neptune to anyone that enjoys quality and style. I use the Chichester and Reading stores.

Compared to most of the other sellers of this particular item (garden parasol), Neptune was the most competitive (which is a massive shock I know!). Arrived in 1 week and although it was delivered in two separate parts (shade arrived 2 days after the frame which was annoying) the quality is good and I'm happy with the price too.

No doubting the quality of the garden furniture, we already had table and chairs, so this delivery was for a sofa. Pity it arrived one month later than promised, but, I suppose, the dreaded Covid had something to do with that. Delivery and unpacking was great.

My review is only about an order of paint that I made, not for anything else.
I ordered 2 litres of Neptune paint from your Reading office, the lady I dealt with was charming and helpful. She said that hopefully the paint should arrive in about 2 weeks, it actually turned up in 2 days. Excellent service

The staff were very helpful in rectifying the fact that an incorrect picture was sent in the first place. They quickly ordered the correct one and notified me when it was ready for collection. I am currently being updated with information as to when my second picture will be delivered which is very reassuring customer service.

Gorgeous things for the home and great service

Bought a garden parasol to replace a previous one we had accidentally broken.

i had tried cheaper alternatives but quality was poor and didn't last long.

The Neptune product is exceptional quality (as always)

The product was not originally in stock and I was given an estimated delivery date. it was delivered completely on time.

A word for the delivery driver. I guess we're all getting used to deliveries being dropped on our doorstep as the driver runs away. NOT so with Neptune. The driver couldn't have been more helpful. He offered to assemble the parasol for me (which I didn't require) he then said "well perhaps you'd let me unpack it so I can take the packaging away for you". He then went to great effort to explain the product to me and checked whether I had any questions.

So refreshing in this 'drop and run' covid era

Quick efficient service. The delivery men were amazing and went beyond the call of duty! I love my Chichester delux work station and it looks gorgeous in situ!

First class service both ordering and delivery of the dining chairs ordered. Very pleased with them.

I ordered some paint, it arrived promptly and has been excellent
