The Reading Neptune is such a wonderful store! It always looks beautiful and the room set ups are an inspiration. The team are so friendly and helpful. I've been delighted with all my purchases so far, from furniture, accessories to lighting. Will has taken time to help me source the right items. It's well worth a visit.

Jackie, the member of staff who looked after me was fantastic. She listened to what I wanted and make really useful and helpful suggestions.

Fantastic service, from start to finish, everything was excellent. All the staff at both Reading and Chesham are so helpful, polite and friendly, explaining everything and were a pleasure to deal with. Even when we phoned up on a few occasions after our initial order, to request further assistance and purchases, all the people we spoke to were exceptionally helpful. Also, the delivery of our purchases was excellent, updating us on numerous occasions prior to confirm delivery and times.

Always helpful. Nothing is any trouble. I can shop with confidence knowing that if I have any problem they will sort it for me.

We ordered a new bed frame via the Reading store and were very pleased with the help we received at store level. On the delivery day , the driver was very polite and couldn’t have been more helpful.
The product itself is very robust and exactly what we wanted and the build instructions were very clear. Very pleased with our purchase.

Excellent communication from Emma throughout the process of a new kitchen. Lots of useful advice from start to finish from appliances to colours, worktops etc. Great support from Greg re the technical side and timeframes so I always knew what was happening and when. Love my kitchen too!

Absolutley stunning furniture made to the highest quality with beautiful attention to detail. Great service received from the in store team as always (thank you Will and the team!) and great service from the delivery team who were very courteous.

It is always a pleasure shopping in Neptune. We mainly go the nearest which is called the Reading branch, it smells nice, the staff are always polite, helpful and welcoming and the stock is always displayed artistically. Long may it last.
