Prompt and polite. Delivered with care.

André and Liam were a first class delivery team. Hugely polite and very considerate of our home whilst manoeuvring huge pieces of furniture around tight Victorian corridors. Great work.

Such a good company to deal with either online or in person. Nice quality homewares, well packaged and a very speedy online service

I know that the furniture and accessories are expensive but I am a big believer that you get what you pay for.

The product quality at Neptune is very high and it shows. Everytime we've been into a store, the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We recently purchased the Overton bark picture from them and it is so beautiful. The two gentlemen who delivered our item (Lee and Craig) kept us informed and were friendly and professional. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Callum and Dave were very polite and professional . They took great care with the goods.

Even though I only went in to look at the new ranges ,and to collect my gift for signing up for the Neptune Newsletter , they couldn’t have been more welcoming.
The Lavender Field candle is just delightful, and I love my green Neptune bag .

Great experience as always I love my wall lights

We ordered a larsson double wardrobe because it comes in multiple pieces, unlike many others. My shout out goes to the two delivery men and the care they took in getting a heavy solid wood wardrobe through our tiny cottage and up a narrow staircase. On site construction was excellent with great attention to the finished look. I'm absolutely thrilled to have a beautiful wardrobe at last after searching for many months.

We received our furniture as promised on 19thJan which was delivered by Alfi & Josh who were both very polite and helpful - they mentioned the ice cube method of flattening rug corners - also everyone at the Southport store have been great to deal with (Joe , Caroline & Alex ) - thanks to everyone- M & M , Penwortham 😊

Fantastic service from start to finish. We recently had a kitchen installed by the team at Neptune from design to install and the finished product is better than we had imagined absolutely beautiful we are made up.

The quality of. Items from Neptune is always top class

I ordered a table runner and matching serviettes. The colour and design are perfect to go with my table and room.
A beautiful pattern.
The fabric is super quality. The tassels are a lovely finishing touch.
Both items came in a lovely material bag /holder matching the runner and the serviettes. A lovely finishing touch.
They are expensive items but the quality of the material is fabulous and the way they are presented says it all. Neptune offers quality and different products.
