Our whole experience from start to finish was exceptional. The team at Southport have been fantastic, kept us informed right the way through, nothing was too much trouble.
We are absolutely delighted with the quality of our new kitchen, and the rest of the furniture we bought.
It has transformed our living space !

Nothing was too much trouble for the member of staff as we tried to decide which lamp and shade would be best for our console table.

Can highly recommend

In my experience all staff are friendly, exceptionally patient and helpful. Irrespective of how much money you are spending, the service is always the same.

Ordered 4 wardrobes and 2 chests of drawers. On delivery every item was damaged. I had to constantly contact them to organise replacements. The replacements came and again all damaged and I am still now awaiting responses to my requests let alone replacements which is now over a month ago
Also some of the furniture that got delivered initially was damaged and repaired not brand new and rather than going to an outlet shop it got delivered as brand new straight to me

This was a first class experience and the best store I have been too so far and I have visited a few over the years !
The hospitality, professional service and the store lay out was excellent nothing was too much trouble.
It was so inviting and homely and very dog friendly too - Teddy the dog was greeted with a treat.
Whilst this is not my closed Neptune store it will be one I will be coming back to soon as the experience was worth the drive.
The quality of the products and furniture are top class as always .

Great products, poor availability in store with long lead times.
Had to wait 3 months for bedding, the system.said they had stock in store but this couldn't be located

Was somewhat disappointed this time.
Having been told delivery 7.30 - 9.30, was up and ready for headboard to arrive.
It came at 14.30, then they were unable to fit it. The fixture didn’t fit our bed, nor were they willing/ able to fit to wall as requested. Luckily Son in Law fitted it with my Husband.

Excellent customer service.
Fabulous quality, investment pieces, that will last a lifetime.

Products lovely. However taking full payment on order and then taking months to deliver does not seem fair
