Superb range of stock with ever so friendly and knowledgeable staff

Kady was very helpful and went through lots of different items with me. She arranged a lovely faux floral arrangement for me which i purchased. Very happy

I called the weybridge store after an issue with an online order saying it wouldn't be delivered until September (it's July). Sophie was so helpful. She cancelled my order for me, found the item I needed in store and had it gift wrapped and ready for collection that day! Thank you for the excellent customer service ☺️

Josh helped me locate spare handles for an x-display Neptune Kitchen I’ve purchased from another store. That store couldn’t help, nor could head office, the outlet store (where I had purchased supplemental units), or other stores I had phoned. I struck lucky in Weybridge. Josh recalled that the handle had changed names, and located the new name and product details. It resulted in a small sale, but a very happy customer!

The best quality furniture! So happy with my chairs. Also the team in Webridge is excellent!! Sophie contacted me to offer support, although I made the purchase online and was very helpful for small purchases I made afterwards!

Its been a wonderful experience working with Fiona, a designer from the Weybridge store. From our first meeting right through to delivery and beyond, she has been so supportive and patient, even though our scheme was only a small one. Her creativity, ideas on design and themes brought everything together from options of colour, through to which sofa and chairs would work best in the space. I am delighted to recommend Fiona and the Weybridge store - Fiona, you made the experience so enjoyable and the end result is just great!!

Fiona & the team from Neptune were so friendly & helpful & responded quickly to any questions.
The lead time for the measuring company was pretty long I won’t lie but thankfully Fiona managed to turn around the install timeline to speed things. I opted for the Roman blinds in Natural Linara, a beautiful weave, very soft & excellent quality.
The fitters were amazing, in & out in no time & very professional.

The staff at Neptune Weybridge are absolutely fantastic and go the extra mile in helpfulness.
I recently ordered a Brompton floor lamp through the store. They gave me an accurate expected arrival date and contacted me on its arrival. In store they assembled it and on my request displayed it in one of their room sets so I could check it out in context.
The floor lamp is beautiful, just what I hoped. And I have gone away very happy with my purchase and with the service I received in store.

Really helpful staff who sorted my issue with head office & organised a replacement free of charge. V friendly & efficient in store which is in marked contrast to my experience in the Guildford & Wimbledon branches recently.

Following my earlier very negative one star review regarding Neptune mat emulsion I've had excellent customer service from Chris at the Weybridge branch. I've been given a full refund and my concerns have been passed to Neptune Head Office for their comment.
In MY experience, the paint isn't as durable as I believe it should be. That said, the colours are absolutely stunnjng and coverage is amazing. Worth taking a look if you're looking for something a little different from the standard brands.

I recently bought bedroom furniture from Neptune in Weybridge and had a very positive experience. Sophie was extremely helpful in-store and was welcoming and knowledgeable. The furniture is lovely and I’m delighted with both its design and overall quality.

Popped in to get advice on artificial flowers. Great selection and knowledgeable staff and came away with lots of ideas. Great service! Would highly recommend.

Nicole our kitchen designer, Darren & Jake our installers were incredible. They brought our dream kitchen to life, they formed a key part of the build, assessing progress and ensured every detail was to perfection, making onsite tweaks to ensure everything came together which was extremely rewarding. Bought the Moreton table and absolutely love it, but this was matched by the excellent service throughout from Neptune. Very professional Neptune colleagues delivered, assembled and advised on use and care of the table. Excellent job all round!
