Neptune - Wimbledon レビュー 

I spotted a framed print in the Wimbledon shop just ten minutes before closing time. The staff were so kind and efficient. Because it was to be delivered to my home address, they said it might be up to a week to deliver. But it actually arrived - beautifully packaged two days later. Very pleased.

Great service supporting a great Range of items. In our case the 3ft 6" Side board. Also the 4 new Dining Chairs. Would not hesitate to recommend to Friends and Family.

Popped in to the Wimbledon store last week, and was greeted by the most beautiful smile, Gianni was extremely knowledgeable and had such I great eye for detail and amazing suggestions. Will most definitely be returning to places a large order soon!

The Wimbledon store was very helpful with a good selection of good quality furniture and accessories.

Not particularly helpful. Delivery wasn’t scheduled and sent by a courier. Delivery date just given and couldn’t access their app to change date as I wasn’t going to be in.

Gianni and the staff at Neptune were incredible helpful. We purchased a dining table and chairs that we are very pleased with. The store is very lovely and welcoming and we will definitely be going back for future purchases.

From the first conversations in the Wimbledon store to the care taken by the delivery team the service was first class. Excellent advice and product knowledge and no heavy sell. Would certainly buy from there again.

We've been consistently impressed by the service provided by all members of staff at the Wimbledon store but Mavis and the store manager were particularly helpful and welcoming on this occasion. Neptune have a reputation of excellence when it comes to the products available, however the service provided by the staff is equally impressive and a main reason we continue to go back and visit the store. They're all very knowledgable and friendly and it makes the experience that much better!

I have recently been in the Wimbledon store and found the staff there incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Shopping for a new home is fun but can also be a very daunting experience when you don't know what to look for; they have helped me immensely and answered all my questions and doubts with a smile on their face. We found the showrooms inspiring and a particular wall colour remained in our memories in the days after our visit. Having contacted the Wimbledon showroom, we were pleased to find out what the colour was AND that we could purchase paint online - which we subsequently did.

An enjoyable experience and great paint ('quince' was the name of the colour, by the way).

I ordered several things and all were sent on time in good order.
Expensive but excellent quality.

We ordered two armchairs. We looked at them at the Wimbledon store and had some helpful advice before ordering them on line. They are good solid chairs and very well upholstered. When we ordered the chairs in December we were told that delivery was likely in April and so we were pleased when they arrived in March. Altogether, a positive experience.

Great to be able to buy furniture that I didn’t have to wait months for. Very quick delivery too. Good quality product.

From stepping through the door of Neptune to leaving with my purchase the whole experience was exceptional.
The staff are very helpful, courteous and offered great guidance. The ambience in store is very welcoming.

Fantastic package wrapped safely perfect condition items are all good
