What can I say about Jack Gundry from Nested, other than he is simply the best…
I have no hesitation in recommending Jack, if you are looking for someone that gives you a truly personal, professional and honest service, then he is your guy.
I met Jack by chance one day when he was putting up one of his for sale boards, I am so very pleased I did..
From day one Jack made me feel as if I was his only client, he is kind and caring and a really lovely person, honestly when Jack says he is always available, he really is, even calling me from Portugal on a family weekend break.

The process has been longer than we hoped, but one thing Jack does, more than any other estate agent, he is in it with you.. always on the end of the phone or by text messages or what's App.

Throughout the whole experience Jack has been amazing, even today arriving early ! for our 8.30am meeting to pass over keys. Jack has gone above and beyond and I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you Jack, you are truly a star and you have made my dreams come true.

I’ve used Alan before. Went with another company after Alan and it was a major regret. I got in contact with Alan as soon as I was selling again. Would never use or recommend anyone else.

His experience, people skills and knowledge of the market are second to none. Keeps you update with everything. He’s at the end of the phone or a msg away for absolutely anything you need. Second house sold by Alan for me in unbelievably quick time with highest selling figures in the area.
He’s an absolute gent, all round good guy and expert in his own field. He also chased up solicitors on both sides of the sales to make sure everything completed smoothly and in a timely manner.

I’ve had the fortune of buying my first home through Michael Flynn, who was professional, efficient and pragmatic throughout. From putting in my offer to collecting the keys, Michael assisted both sides of the transaction chart through the various issues and roadblocks as are par for the course for any property sale and found effective solutions which left both parties happy. It was a real pleasure dealing with Michael, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

Thomas managed to maintain a balance of professionalism alongside the human qualities of understanding and empathy, which was reassuring. Progress was regularly communicated to me via telephone and email. I also found the app great for instant feedback. I felt heard, and very supported, each step of the way.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jack and I couldn't recommend him enough. From our first meeting, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs as a seller. Jack provided invaluable insights into the market, guided myself and my partner through the entire process (First time sellers), and was always available to answer my questions. Jack went above and beyond, handling all the details and making the experience relatively stress-free.

Alan Shields came highly recommended from family who had his help to sell their property and were overjoyed with the outcome. When I had to sell my home there was no doubt about who I was going to use and from the first phone call I was put at ease about the whole process. Alan is super friendly and straight to the point no messing about which is very important. Alan helped make the experience super easy given my situation, he was truly amazing and made the process as stress free as it could be . Always kept me up to date and was just so helpful. My experience was top class and I will be highly recommending him to anyone I know that decides to sell their property. Can’t thank Alan enough! Rhys is great to deal with, he doesn’t over value your home and keeps on top of all the viewings you have including chasing feedback. Would definitely use Rhys again (not that I am EVER moving again) and highly recommend him.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Nested and the first time working with Michael.
He was great at finding us a buyer and pushing through our sale especially where our buyer didn’t have great solicitors.

Pablo was reliable, enthusiastic, focused and extremely professional. He was extremely thorough, responsive and full of good ideas for marketing our house. All of the information he gave us was also up to date and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone else.

I Moved to Nested after being let down by a different local estate agent. Lynne was friendly and helpful from day one and through her we received almost 4 times the interest in the property that we had from the original selling agent. Lynne did an amazing job with advertising and helped us with every stage so far. We have just received and accepted a formal offer less than 2 weeks from Nested relaunching the property on the market. Can’t thank Lynn enough for all her help and support.

Andy approached me and partner when we were having difficulty with selling our property and had lost all confidence in our very relaxed eatate agents. We were unaurw how to progress and scared of having a similar experience with a different estate agent if we cancelled.
It was very obvious from the outset that Andy was a true expert of his field, his knowledge, suggestions, experience and ability to keep in touch effectively set him a head and shoulders above everyone elssle
His knowledge and undertaanding of tbe market resulted in acceptance if a verbal offer within 5 days. He was easy to contact throughout the process, kept us informed and managed our expectations brilliantly. Our offer was more than we expected!
Compared to the other estate agents who were allegedly one of the best local options, i cant state how much of a great idea it was to go with Andy. We had lost hope after being shelved for nearly half a year and we are incredulous how Andy turned things around for us, especially when we were feeling wary and he really earned our trust and followed through.
I cant recommend his services enough!! We will never use a different estate agent again.

I cant speak highly enough of Alan. Extremely professional and upfront with expectations with not the easiest of sales. Extremely quick process from HR to being on the market. The work he does behind the scenes is like no other estate agent he works 7 days a week. Keeping me updated with every enquiry to the feedback from viewing. He worked hard and found me the perfect buyer. Can’t thank him highly enough and would never look anywhere else.

Rhys was hands down the best estate agent I’ve ever used.. kept me in the loop throughout the transaction, it wasn’t a straight forward case but he was patient and went above and beyond to ensure all parties were happy! I would recommend him to anyone thinking of selling.

We’ve been in the process of buying/selling a home for the past six months now and therefore have experience to compare Alan’s service to. Bear in mind, Alan was the agent for the seller and we were impressed by his attention to detail and transparency, where ultimately his duty lies with his client. We did not feel at any point this was the case. We’ve experienced from other agencies poor or little communication or aggressive tactics - it was not the case in dealing with Alan Shields.
