Reiss is the best estate agent I have ever dealt with.

We completed our sale last month - and I honestly don't think we could have done it without Reiss! He was fantastic throughout, despite a challenging managing agent for our estate, he was an excellent communicator to both ourselves and the buyers, and was constantly on the ball, we cannot thank him enough.

We sold our flat with Reiss at Nested, and we were so pleased with everything.

We received excellent feedback on how to make our property more marketable, he was extremely knowledgeable about the local area/market, and was a very proactive communicator - both when gathering feedback from prospective buyers, and to us directly about viewings/the market etc.

We were selling shared ownership which brings its own challenges but Reiss was great in this aspect as well.

We would absolutely recommend Reiss to anyone!

Ben was the brilliant! My boyfriend & I were buying our first home and Ben was the estate agent we bought from. He is such a friendly, approachable person and he would always pick up the phone. Ben was so informative and kept us updated throughout the process. We experienced some complications along the way with our own solicitor, however Ben really got us through it. We viewed the property several times during the process and it was never too much for him. We couldn’t recommend him enough! In the future we would definitely want to use him ourselves when selling! Thank you Ben for everything.

Sophie Kelly was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She exceeded all expectations and was a superstar! I cannot recommend her enough! Where to start… She was incredibly responsive and made the process as straightforward as it could be - she kept me updated with bookings and feedback on the app but also by email because it was more convenient to me. Her viewing feedback was very detailed and constructive and I particularly loved her “chance of making an offer” score… which turned out to be very accurate. The way she presented the house was incredibly successful and generated much more interest than I expected and at a price I was very happy with. During the legal process, she remained hands on and helpful and coordinated with the third parties which smoothed everything over. She had a wonderful manner and instilled a real sense of confidence in all she said and did. Of course I am very glad the transaction has completed, but I will miss our daily interactions! Had my high value home on with Charters for over a year with just a handful of viewers or should I say chancers. Changed to Nested and my home sold within a month for the amount I wanted and with a lot of interest from serious buyers. Alana was great with giving her presentation to perspective buyers and the whole experience was professional throughout.
