If you’re selling in Greenwich, we highly recommend Reiss Braniff with Nested. He knows the market in Greenwich well, he sold our house this year for the price we wanted and made the process as easy as possible. He offered to host group viewings on selected weekend days so we could fit them in around work and family life. We had been through the house buying process before and found him significantly better than other high street estate agents on every count. We would recommend choosing Reiss and his team, 100%.

After some months on the market, a mailshot from Bal @ Nested Hornchurch arrived through the door. advertising his tailored service. Sceptical given our experience over the previous months we decided to give him a go. Well, from the first contact by WhatsApp, through the entire sale process, we were given a personal, tailored service precisely as he described to us on the first contact.

Bal sold our house within one week, in fact, the first buyer than inquired bought the place. The house was unoccupied through the sale process and Bal went over, almost every day, to check on the property and make sure all safe and secure. We completed 6 weeks later.

Honestly, we cannot recommend Nested Hornchurch enough. Big shout to Bal for his 5* service.

Amanda was a breath of fresh air. She took the time to really engage with me and showed a level of professionalism and persistence that made all the difference. After two failed attempts with other agents, she was the one who finally sold my uncle’s flat—and did so while steadfastly managing a sensitive dynamic between the executors (local solicitors) and the beneficiaries. Francesca of Nested Chislehurst oversaw our purchase and helped to complete on a quick conveyancing process following the demands of our downward chain. She turned around our enquiries quickly and efficiently which was hugely appreciated especially during extenuating circumstances for the vendors that they were representing. She has also been very helpful in addressing some queries about the property after we had moved in. Our pet dog especially enjoyed the treats we received in the welcome parcel that greeted us on completion from Nested!
