Fantastic service price & delivery so much cheaper to order easy to use website great definitely recommend

Received curtains but one curtain didn't come hemmed as requested . Contacted there costumer service. They said would send another out. Never received. Contacted again . Bo reply. I did also order more nets for other rooms . But they came and they was ment to be white. But looked more blue. Contacted them again. Said keep in sunlight. But still no difference. Never had this problem before.

I have a very wide window with a drop that's not available in most stores so I searched the web and found these, well to say I'm pleased is an understatement, I managed to get the exact drop that I need and the width was perfect. They were delivered within 5 days so that was an added bonus. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends

They have a great choice of fabrics and finishes etc. Communication prior to and during order process was efficient and helpful. The curtains arrived on time - carefully packaged and labelled which made it easy to sort and hang. The finished product is lovely - I am very happy.

After an initial mistake in the curtain sent to me the customer service responded very quickly and sent the correct order without any delay. Mistakes happen, but the reliability of a company rests on how easy it is to get them put right!

So impressed with both the quality of the product and prompt delivery. It is so lovely to see crisp white curtains hanging from my windows. Looking good from the outside and from the inside....actually had a few complements from my neighbours !

I cannot thank the team enough for their excellent customer service - I ordered and paid for my voiles and had used a previous order not realising that I was in fact ordering way over size. They noted that the order did not make sense and contacted me. The agent Sim was so patient with me took time to run through the order a few times to ensure I was confident I had got it right. Really impressed with the quality and apparent attention to detail on receiving my net curtains today. Seem to have a real air of professionalism about them. The website is great with a great selection of products. Ordering was easy and found exactly what i wanted. Lead times on website are completely wrong! the lead time for what i ordered was 14 days ...... my order actually took nearly 4 weeks to arrive! had i of known that it would be this long i would have ordered elsewhere. When i called to enquire about my order the first time after 2 weeks the lady was very rude and spoke to me really abruptly. The second time i called after 3 weeks the lady was great and couldn't have been nicer so i guess customer service is hit and miss. The actual product itself looks and feels like great quality and i am happy with it now it has arrived. Had to remove stars because of the points raised.

Ordering was easy, and the nets arrived quickly, exactly as I'd ordered. They're great quality too, much thicker than the nets I had before. I'm very happy.
