My dining room table is gorgeous!! Zed had a few issues with delivery but managed to source another driver and issue was solved. The delivery man was efficient and arrived at the time he said he would. Thank you for a good service.

Quick and efficient. Nice products that are perfect for our requirements. Took the time to email about concerns we might have about suitability to ensure we were happy with our product. Also very quick to respond with a VAT receipt.

Would use again and recommend.

I had never used this company before so a few days after I had made my online order, I rang them up to ask about delivery. I spoke with Zed who was very helpful and polite. He explained the delivery process saying I would get an e mail informing me of the delivery date. I never received the e mail so rang back and Zed told me to check my junk mail where there were two e mails informing me of dispatch and delivery. Zed was most helpful at all times and I would definitely use this company again

By far the worst customer experience I have ever had. I ordered a table from netfurniture and was told that besides it showing in stock on their website, it actually wasn't. It happens, so I changed my order and made the payment instantly. I was told the table would arrive the week after. I also ordered 4 stools and was later also told that they weren't in stock in there so I had those refunded. The week passed and I had no updates so I chased it up with Zed who I had been dealing with from the start, who advised that it would be delivered by the end of that week. A courier was arranged for the Thursday and after not receiving any delivery, I chased it up again and was told they would try to deliver it on Friday. I was also told that apparently the courier called me and because I didn't reply (I had no missed call whatsoever), they didn't deliver. The fact there's a 24/7 concierge at my address was not even taken into consideration. Friday came and I received an email from Zed asking me to liaise with the courier myself, to explain how this delivery should happen (!). Despite how unprofessional this was, I called the courier and explained the situation and where he could park. He said that he's on his own in the van and that the table is too heavy for him to take out of the van! I was at work at the time and ignoring the ridiculousness of the situation (what courier relies on a customer to be present to help in order to deliver), I offered to leave work early to help him. He said he couldn't wait for me and that Zed had not passed on the correct information about the order, the size and the details of the delivery, so he was unable to deliver and left. Throughout all these hours, I was on the phone with the courier and on email to Zed non stop, who wasn't even reachable by phone, to try and sort it out. I then received a short email from Zed saying sorry he couldn't deliver and that they would try again the next day. Surprise, surprise, a new courier was chosen by Zed who was given a 2-6pm time slot. I came home early to be present and assist and after waiting and emailing to find out what was happening, I was told by the courier that they didn't make it in time and that the distribution centre closed so he couldn't pick up the table. I then emailed ZED AGAIN to ask for even more explanations for this ridiculous situation and was given a basic apology and was told that the order would be cancelled because they weren't unable to deliver. I asked to speak to someone else in the company about this and was totally ignored. I genuinely have never been so appalled by a seller's customer service and would certainly not recommend it to anyone. It has been almost a month from my order date and now I have to start my search from zero again, due to someone's incompetence.

They answered the questions quickly and contacting them was not an issue. Not 5 stars as they said it was in stock on website but then on ordering there was a month delay, fine by us but would have been good to know up front.

Great experience, superb customer service who helped me choose the right furniture for my needs. The chest of drawer was delivered ontime. It looks immaculate, very well made. Fully dismantled as per my request, saved me time to put it together myself.

I purchased a granite kitchen table last year & recently noticed although it is rarely moved, the table began to wobble if leaned on even slightly.
After a suggestion to correct didn't work Net Furniture kindly posted me an Allen key with instructions (via their supplier). This fixed the issue immediately. First class customer service even after my purchase was some time ago. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from here again as it's restored my faith in company services. Thanks again

Very accommodating and hands on. Zed actively responds to all requests and even suggests options for sudden changes. He assures lead times are met accordingly, which is very important. Best thing is he helps us keep track of the items until they arrive at the location. Many thanks Zed!
