Great delivery , advice and customer service. Superb chairs but one broke. Newby Interiors sorted it quickly and efficiently by sending us a new wooden base and legs quickly and efficiently.
Will use them again

Very helpful when ordering, coffee table and four side tables all arrived before estimated delivery dates and kept will informed throughout. Very good quality and value for money and exactly as expected. Definitely very well packed!! I clearly missed a trick in not asking the delivery men to unpack them but it was all fine once I’d got them out. Would definitely recommend in every way.

Really pleased with Newby House Interiors for great customer service and wonderful pieces of high quality furniture.

Hello ordered my electric fire received it absolutely love it, had it in the spare room, ordered 72 inch in black, unfortunately it to large for my wall, should have got the black 60inch, bought it earlier because getting the work done later in the year, so decided to take fire into living room, realized it was to big is there anything you can do to help gutted

So easy to deal with, the product delivery and assembly all completed with no hassle . I would certainly recommend anyone to buy from this company. The couriers TDC were also first rate, they assembled all the furniture and disposed of the packing.

Both product and service was excellent. The order process was easy, the furniture of great quality and value, and the packing and delivery was the best I have received during the complete renovation of my house. I would certainly use Newby again and would highly recommend.

I am regular online buyer but never faced such a bed customer service as in Newby Interiors. I pre-ordered dining table 16th of Nov,per website info it should come in stock 30th of Nov and delivered to me in 7 days. After 3 weeks I contacted Newby customer service myself and found out that my item was delayed, I was told that a colleague who was looking after my order is off sick that's why I wasn't notified about delay.
After 3 weeks delayed item came badly damaged. Contacted customer service and found out that they are not going to be able to exchange it before Christmas as their courier is too busy at this time. Newby sales manager Richard Lloyd offered an exchange in a middle of January, advised me to use damaged table on Christmas and offered £50 compensation for an inconvenience. When I replied tha
t I would like to take a full refund to be able to buy a table somewhere else I got an answer from Richard that if I am asking for refund I am not going to get a compensation and will receive my money at the end of January after they organise damaged table pick up. He ended his e- mail saying that he feels that he done everything he could for me and has nothing to add. I was in shock. Really rude and unhelpful.

Excellent customer experience. Prompt response to order. Delivery within 10 days and on the day and time stated. Really pleased with our Denver chairs.

We ordered an Aurora Media Wall Insert Fire. After a few months we noticed an issue with a section of the glass being a different colour when illuminated to the rest of the glass.
I emailed Richard who in turn contacted the supplier and within 18 days we have been sent a replacement fire. We have been kept up to date with emails even though Richard was poorly and working from home. No quibbles, no hassle and excellent customer service.

I ordered my new fire ( Aurora - Media Wall - Insert - Electric Fire - Black - 60" ) and was surprised how quickly it came. I am thrilled with it and it looks amazing really pleased.

Fabulous quality product in all respects and on a par with a more expensive and less comfortable recliner chair from John Lewis. Delivered within 2 days of placing order within the time frame notified with courteous and efficient assembly too.

We purchased a media wall fire place (a 50 inch aurora in black) and couldn’t be happier with the communication from Richard and the product. It looks perfect on our tv media wall. I recommended to family who also purchased and would recommend again. Five star!
