New Directions Aromatics レビュー 

On Oct 1st my order was placed. I'm a skincare line company and was looking for a new distributor. On October 26th no product available. I called to find out my order is still pending with no ship date available.

I ordered my product on October 2nd. As of October 30th I still haven’t received it.

I did not receive my order. It's been a month. No one has responded to my inquiry message other than the automatic message saying it was received. Order is just listed as processing.

I really like the essential oils from NDA, i trust the quality from this company

It take them so long to ship my product,when I call an inquire the said its delayed and when I asked when it is going to ship they said the don't know.So then I have to cancel my order.I always want to buy from them but very disappointing experience.

I never got my order and I'm pissed. I have been calling for weeks and sending emails with no answer or correspondence.

Shipping is taking a very long time from time of purchase.
Purchase made on 9/29/23 and as of 10/27/23 still no product. Estimated delivery 10/31/23.

I placed an order on 09/24/2023. My credit card was charged on 09/26/2023. As of 10/27/2023 the order shows "Pending".
I have not received any communication from New Directions Aromatics, I have no way to know when and if they plan on shipping it. At the time of ordering, there was no mention of backorder or availability issues.

Always the best essential oils

Took way too long to receive. Was out of a lot of choices and received a different oil than chosen

I have not received any information on my order placed on 9/29/23, almost a month ago. Called customer service a few times, no one answered the phone. Tried emailing and no definite answer either.

Items were purchased September 28th but did not arrive until about October 18th. There was no communication of delays until I reached out. I asked when items would ship and was only told they had delays due to a system update (not a date items would ship). At that point I requested my order just be cancelled. No response or cancel. A few days later my items shipped.

It’s been over a month and I still have not received my order.

Phone customer service was helpful along with the site being easy as always.

I have reached out about the bitter almond fragrance that i bought and yet to receive a response. This scent was nothing close the almond. I dont even know what it is. I purchased to use in my body butters and i am unable to because this is just awful.

Well have had an order pending fir the last 5 weeks. Because of an issue with the neroli order. This is the busy time of year for me and I do not have my oils. I love your oils and your company. I have always received my items in perfect condition and have been very happy with them. I hate to have to cancel my order with you but it looks like this is what I might have to do.

My mom had used your scented oils for years. Back when you bottled them in metal containers.
I just bought the Pillager's Potion. Low and behold it's the same potion my Mom blended all those years to defend us against all sorts of germs. I did the same during covid. Works wonders. When I opened yours I was brought back to a wonderful memory. :) Also, all your blends are amazing. Superb quality.

My experience is that I will never stop ordering from you

ordered and after three weeks it still had not been shipped. so disappointed.

My order number is U474511 I have made this order on the 11th of October and up till now its pending
And your customer service is almost none existing. You didn't say that my order was out of stock so what's the problem?
