I recently used Nexa Law, specially Samuel Ogden as my solicitor for the sale of my property and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service.

From start to finish, the whole process was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great communication throughout. Selling a house can be stressful, but Samuel and his team made everything feel straightforward and well managed. They were always quick to respond to emails and calls, kept me updated at every stage, and explained anything I was unsure about in clear, simple terms.

What really stood out was their attention to detail and proactive approach. They kept things moving and made sure deadlines were met, which helped the sale complete smoothly and on time.

I would highly recommend Nexa Law, more specifically Samuel Ogden to anyone buying or selling a property. A genuinely 5 star service and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

This is my second time utilising the services of Jayne Atkinson and Rebecca Healey for conveyancing and honestly, I couldn't have been more grateful! Really poor experience. I wish my experience replicated the 4.8 stars that they have. I had to check everything they did every step of the way. If I hadn’t had stepped in numerous times we would have contracts with our incorrect names on, mortgage costs of over £2,000 which weren’t needed. All the work was done by a pretty incompetent PA to a solicitor, giving us 48 hours before completion to check their work. I complained and was told everything about my experience is normal, it’s my job to check what they do.
Had I not been vigilant, I would now be facing an invalid contract, a delayed or failed chain, and a financial loss running into the thousands. To be completely honest, I am worried there are further mistakes within our file that I don’t have the skill set or knowledge to question or understand. There is a level of trust we should have as a client that unfortunately I just continue to lack with your firm.

A huge thank you to Jayne and Rebecca at Nexa Law. They made my first buying experience a simple and easy process. Constant communication was provided and I was never left in the dark. Everything was explained to me clearly and I was always made to feel like I was fully involved and my say mattered. I would hugely recommend anyone to use them.

I cannot thank my solicitor, Mark Winton, enough for everything he has done for me and my two children. We were living in temporary accommodation that was in extremely poor condition, with a severe cockroach infestation and numerous other issues. My daughter’s eczema became unbearable—constant itching, broken skin from scratching, regular flare-ups and sleepless nights that affected her health and mine.
