I was so pleased with the service Rina provided. She is efficient and professional, whilst maintaining a friendly approachable approach which makes it easy to ask questions. Most of our communication was by email but it made such a difference to be able to pick up the phone and talk to Rina.

We were recommended Victoria Williams at Nexa Law by our mortgage advisor. We felt comfortable using her as it was a personal recommendation. Victoria was absolutely brilliant from the minute we emailed her. She would reply very quickly, answering any and all questions we had. From the day of having our offer accepted, Victoria led us to completion in 6 weeks, beating the stamp duty deadline! Many said it was too ambitious of a target to complete before 31st March, but Victoria did everything she could and made it all possible. I cannot recommend Victoria enough, I guarantee you will not be disappointed with her services.

Rina Popat at Nexa Law handled the sale of our flat. All queries etc were answered the SAME day which I found exceptional. The advice was first class. Rina was very helpful. Our solicitor suggested Nexa as our conveyancer we originally had a solicitor called David handling our sale, unfortunately he left the company during the process. We was then dealing with Nate Mehmood who given the situation he was thrown upon went above and beyond to help us and complete. We didn't have an ordinary straight forward sale and I'm so glad Nate was involved as his drive and passion really got us across the finishing line. The amount of time he dedicated to us. Phone calls, emails etc and he remained professional and friendly even when our case threw curve balls. I can honestly say he is a credit to Nexa and thankyou from both myself and Kat as we sit and enjoy our new home.

Victoria Williams is an amazing lawyer, she made what was a difficult chapter in my life, as pain free as possible. She recognised that the sale (transfer of my home) to my ex-partner was emotionally painful for me and provided wise and sage advise. Even though it was an extremely busy business period, due to emanant stamp duty changes she ensured that communication channels were open. Providing swift, concise and helpful advise at all stages of the sale.

Victoria just helped me buy my first house and I couldn't fault her at all! Really responsive and helpful! Thanks so much!

When my late Mum's house went to auction, we were told that the solicitor handling it would be Butterworth's. When I needed to get in touch, I was told that everything had been transferred to Nexa Law. When the house sold, communication was not good, I struggled to verify my identity, not having a passport or photo driving licence. This took a lot of sorting out, but eventually sent the items they required by tracked post. These they kept for over a month and I had to chase these up several times. Before completion, I was sent some documents to fill in and sign.....unfortunately they weren't my documents, they were someone elses! Another phone call resulted in the correct documents, and hopefully all was now well. Wrong!!! The day before completion, I was told that there was a problem with my id verification, as the documents they had had in their possession for a month had not been scanned correctly. I then had to get my bus pass photo id certificated at the Post Office, scan it and send it to them. They also hadn't scanned my late mother's Grant of Probate and decided they needed yet another proof of my address. Thinking that must be it, I was again wrong when they said they needed a video call with me holding my bus pass to prove that it was me. This was to take place on the morning of completion.. I then heard nothing, and had to ring to lunchtime to ask whether everything was now in order. I have had to chase up the refund for the certification, which they had promised. Emails were not replied to and the phone goes unanswered, as do requests to call back left on the answer machine. All in all not a good experience, and I am sure Mr. R. Shields would not be happy that I had received his paperwork!
