Please do not attempt to buy anything from next day vapes. It's just some crook that lives in New Jersey and scamming ppl out of their hard earned money. If this site isn't already shut down it should be any day. The guy is a literal pc of you know what. Typical scammer with no backbone and steeling from people hiding in the shadows. He's a gutter rat with a website to cast a net out and steal as much as he can each day from hopeful vape purchasers. Interact with this website at your own risk. I lost around 300 bucks over a year ago.

They stole $40 from me. Yes I'm calling it stealing because they never sent me what I ordered. Every time I tried to inquire when it was coming, they would say "Oh we are getting a shipment next week, then your order will be shipped". After a while I just gave up. I am so sick of companies taking advantage of consumers. Spend your money somewhere legit and don't give it to these criminals and scam artists.

I ordered several MJ Arsenal mini rigs and 2 were limited edition which are sold out on the MJ Arsenal website. Not only were the rigs being sold at a discounted price that nobody could beat but they also give you promo codes and have several discounts to offer. The shipping was free and I even got 40 dollars off my already discounted order. They answered the phone during business hours and I received my order faster then I did when I ordered from the MJ Arsenal website. I did side by side comparisons to make sure they were legit rigs and they are 100% authentic. I was skeptical at first when ordering off nextdayvapes.com because of the really good discounted prices. I thought it was a fake site but it is totally legit and I will be ordering from them again. You earn points for every item purchased and can use your points to get discounted prices.

Getting a 1 star review over 40$ order , lost a customer said you canceled order and refunded and you didn’t and I’m left paying my sezzle payments and no product ! Horrible business practice

My order started in December, the store claimed they had what I wanted in stock, they called and told me they didn’t realize they were out of stock (They had to know) and my items would be sent in 2 weeks (still enough time to be a Christmas gift) I never heard from them at all. Then in late April I get a message that my items had come in, I responded as I do not need them anymore Christmas is over and I bought something else obviously.
Instead of canceling my order they sent it anyway.
I would never order from them again, and I will and have let my friends know not to order from them either.

I have been doing business with next day vapes for 3 years now. Never once have I had a complaint. In fact the last time I did business with these guys the guy went completely out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you very much next day vapes for your exquisite business and customer service.

Total scam operation! They are a bunch of religious extremists from the Lakewood NJ area. They will have no problems stealing from you since you are not one of the Chosen Ones.

I ordered an item, and it did not ship. I contacted them after a week, and they said that after my order was placed, they realized they were out of stock, and that it would automatically ship next week. Original order was Jan 6, 2023. At the beginning of February, I could no longer get the chat feature to work. I emailed them through the website and stand alone email multiple times since January. No responses, and the website is still up. I can no longer request any options for the order, because it says the return period has passed. This was a huge scam. I was only out $40, but that's not trivial.

not a real company. got the same run around from other reviewers. They charged me for a product, told me it was out of stock and would ship when they got it, and then ghosted me. The phone number on the website doesn't work and they don't reply to emails or "live chat"

First off let me tell you how I've been doing with my order in the last 3 days. A place to order they showed it as a sale so it all sounded good not too good to be true because I see other prices in the same price range. As I'm on the website there was a live representative that came on and asked me if I needed help then when I started communicating with that person come to find out it's Ai it's not even a real person, I think. They automatically send you to email link to send the email to communicate. So I did send the email link and they did respond back promptly which was very surprising and made me feel secure placing my order. I did order. Unfortunately throughout this process after a day pass I'm not seeing my items shipped out. Even though I was making a $50 purchase and seen that for $149 or more I get the express shipping one day shipment that they're known for in ther name right, next day vapes right.?? Anyway once I place the order there was no communication after that. I tried to contact them back just to make sure that the item was going to ship out within the first day or two but I don't think so... I didn’t get not one contact back since order at all. But I actually went to the site to check my status and I accidentally added the existing order to the cart for a second purchase and would you know it, I was contacted within the hour by somebody saying I left items in the cart and do I need helpn. Yes this is their customer support and they're there to help me. Well I responded and I didn't respond happily I responded and told them my situation. That I was just looking to check on the status of my order I gave them my order number and wouldn't you know it, I've never heard back from them again. I'm already in the process of reporting it to my bank where I don't get charged for this and they will refund me but I'm going to give them a little more time before I actually go all the way through with it. MONDAY! All I know I told THEM they need to change THE name because Next Day Vapes is not what they do. It defeated my whole purpose of having it for a certain day while I had no transportation to go get my product locally and they don't deliver locally. So this sounded like a good way to get my stuff next day Vape wow, sounds good only thing. I got on there site and came out buying another $90 accessory just to get the shipping and I like the accessory but I didn't have to buy it. I was just trying to get the extra discount but I don't think that will ever happen again. You got me once! All I know I haven't heard back from them I found out on the website after looking through everything on their site cuz it's not by the shipping information, but they do tell state that it can take up to 48 hours for them to ship and weekends don't count. So guess where mine's falls, two days before Friday so I guess it's not going to ship til Monday in their mind and I get it Tuesday, but by then it'll be too late so it will be sent back if they do ever ship it because I'm seeing a lot of reviews saying that these people never received anything. Seems like they misleading a lot. And if that's the case it's time for this website to be shut down and I know just the appropriate people to contact to start doing so. So I'll give everybody an update when I see this product I ordered 3 days ago. And it's supposed to ship Next Day to me. But I have to say so far, I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody no matter how cheap the products are because of the experience I've had so far and can't trust them to answer my email on a timely matter. Unless you got something sitting in the cart on you didn't place the order on it yet they eill not respond. Treat the existing customers like s*** . If it ain't about the order in the car that hasn't been ordered yet don't expect them to contact you back telling you an explanation for anything you ask cuz they won't. They're just there to sell and fool you into thinking you're going to get your stuff the next day and it's not like that at all. If you need a rig go through Amazon is the fastest and most of the time directly from china is only 4-5 days. Everything ion there site might be a 10 $15 higher but it's worth it. And like I said, I'll be back to continue this review.
Hopefully they don't lose customers. I was just trying to be a honest one. For these stores need to realize they have to be honest to us to keep us.

3 weeks and nothing. No response to my emails.

I placed an order and over a week later hadn't received any shipping notice. I got on the website and my order was there but still hadn't shipped. I tried to contact support to see if my order was still coming and couldn't reach anyone by phone, I don't think their chat option is even functional and there isnt an option to directly email them only a request for an email from them. Eventually though I got an email from them saying the item I bought had sold out and another would be coming in a week or so. Well it's been 3 weeks with no correspondence, no response to my emails, still can't reach anyone by phone, and now I feel my only choice is to have my bank intervene and reverse the charge since there's no way to cancel your order or request a refund while it's still waiting to ship. Do not spend your money here. You'll likely never see your order.

My item was out of stock and instead of informing me, they kept my order in "approved" status for days. When I reached out, they told me my item was out of stock and they could give me another color item or I could wait until the restock. They told me they would replace my order with the other color item and ship it that day. They did not ship it that day or nor the next day.

I just got a Vocan Apex wax pen from them. I'm super pleased. I had bought one from a local smoke shop and really liked it. I paid $30 for it. After dropping it numerous times it started giving me trouble. So I found them on Nextdayvapes.com for $15. Exactly the same unit other than the color. I highly recommend these guys. Super fast shipping....great customer service...and genuine products that aren't cheap imposters. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

The site says next day shipping which is why I paid $40 extra instead of shopping on another site. I wasn’t expecting it to be delivered next day, but they didn’t even ship it for 3 days and now it says it will arrive a week later than that. It was supposed to be a present I was taking on a trip. Super disappointed!

What a joke. I ordered 2 batteries and paid for 3 day shipping. It’s now almost 2 weeks later and despite repeated emails, and attempts to use their non working “chat” feature, my package has not arrived. I would never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

I've got my tracking number after waiting about a week(order placed friday, got tracking id next Tuesday, order shipped to me Wednesday, and receiving this Friday supposedly), it seems they don't work nor ship on weekends, also they'll make you write a positive review making you think it's a message to their team before finishing up your order for some other website, if I had to say something positive at least it's not a scam and it's got a reward system I guess...

Horrible customer service! My device broke after 1 week and 4 uses. I emailed them asking about a manufacturers warranty. That’s when I was told that they only cover unopened devices and that I must have done something wrong to break it. I have 2 of these devices that have worked just fine! One of them I’ve had for over a year, the other I ordered from Next Day last fall and it still works!!! They could have nicely told me they can’t refund it and I would have been ok. It was the super long emails badgering me and acting like I did something wrong. The repeat message of “we only stand by unopened products.”The wax and concentrate lesson that I didn’t need. I was a repeat customer but lesson learned!!

I ordered based on the reviews on the site and I regret it. I received no tracking information. I received half my order, with no packing slip. Contacted customer service and received a reply several days later asking for a picture of my order. I provided it but it was an odd request. It would make sense if items were damaged but how does taking a pic of what I received prove what I didn’t? I never heard back from the company. Am contemplating doing a chargeback with my card company and reporting to BBB. It seems petty for the dollar amount but I run an online business and I can’t imagine not responding to an issue like this. Best I can say about them is what they did bother to ship was well packed.

Update 2/11/20 They emailed me responding to this review saying my prior messages must have fallen through the cracks and they’d be issuing a full refund. They issued a partial refund instead. They’re again not responding to emails. Just a poor experience with this company all around. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
