Just use someone else, I wish that I would have read the reviews before doing business with these folks. There are tons of companies out there that have great service, no use in wasting your time and money here. I received a vape with a mis-threaded magnetic adapter. I thought that it would be simple enough for them to send a new adapter. Instead, they offered $4 in credit to buy a $12 3-pack of magnetic adapters from them. Basically, I have to come out of pocket $8 to get a 3-pack to replace a bad one they sent me in the first place.

Terrible experience. Didn't get what I ordered. Took multiple emails, calls, and direct messages to actually get in contact with someone. Once someone (Shaun) did get in contact he was extremely rude trying to tell me I didn't call at the right hour and this or that. Refused to make it right with my product. It's not about the $15 spent on something like this, I can afford to take that loss, it's the fact that no one wanted to make it right. Or even try to listen to me and what I had to say. Will not be back. Stay away!!!

Terrible company. Bad ethics. I made a mistake with my order. They did nothing to help the situation. They called me simple then called me a lair. I took responsibility for my mistake. They would not take any for there's. Really difficult to deal with as you get frustrating responses. Would recommend staying away.

Love the oil vaping pens. Great quality for such an amazing price. Both times I have ordered they gave me a processing order confirmation, followed with a shipping confirmation and tracking number. Free shipping and reasonable prices that can't be beat.

Had ordered a small set of carts after reading reviews I was starting to worry. The order came in a matter of days the product is exactly what I ordered. No invoice but not a big deal to me. 5 stars definitely ordering again.

3.5 stars if I could. I bought coils for a vape, I was worried about my order because I did not receive an email invoice. I tried to use the chat but Im guessing with covid they must be busy or under staffed. So I sent in an email request about my order and they called me back but I missed the call. Since they called me back I trusted that they were aware of my order and decide to wait. About 1 week from my order date my coils arrived. They work well and I got them for $5 cheaper. I believe they are located in NY and I am I in CA so that shipping time sounds right.

Worst vape shop ever! They shipped my order to the wrong address and refused to rectify it at all! It was all on me.

Never received order and had to do a charge back to get a refund.

I wish I would've seen unbiased reviews before ordering from here. It's not "next day" vapes, it's more like "never" vapes. I placed an order, paid $30 for next day shipping, only to wait 4 days and receive an email that my order was "on hold." No explanation why, no offers of a refund, nothing. Call their NJ customer service line and it doesn't exist. Rings once then disconnects no matter what time I call. Emailed customer service multiple times demanding an explanation and refund, but they took 4 days to respond. At the very least they could've shipped my items but refunded the express shipping if they were running behind. They finally responded and said they canceled my whole order and they'd refund me. Guess what? Still no refund! I'm going to do a chargeback on my card because this is either the worst online business of all time, or a scam. Do not shop here, there are plenty of legit online vape shops that aren't lazy asses and actually ship your items within a week.

Their website is just full of contradictions. Ordered $80 of stuff and despite their site claiming to send out confirmation emails at purchase, I haven’t gotten any emails and cannot track my order (and don’t even know if it was sent out). Seems like a scam- the money was charged to my account but on their site, apparently the window of opportunity has passed to request a refund even though I only ordered it a couple days ago. Their customer service is a joke: they claim chat is available 24/7 which is untrue. Shot them an email and hopefully they respond but my hopes aren’t up.

Name of company should be Next Week Vapes. For realz though, website said shipping was no delay, even paid extra for the "2-3" day shipping, my order took 8 days to get here. If you want something sooner than a week from now choose another business. Customer service sucked up the azz too. They didnt care and played it off like 4 items was a "huge order" will never order again from here.

I have ordered twice from them once in like Sept of 2019 and just this month and have had great experiences both times. Both items were the cheapest I could find anywhere else and they offer fast free shipping so where can you go wrong. I don't get the bad rap they have I guess you just can't satisfy everyone.

Please ignore these other crazy complainers. This web site is fantastic. Cheapest prices, free shipping, great selection, authentic products. Other reviews complain about the shipping which is ridiculous because its free. I almost didnt order from them after reading the other reviews and I'm fortunate that I did. Great website for all your vape needs!

Don't let the name full you. I ordered on Wednesday at 1:38pm West coast time. Never received an email. I then contacted them on the chat and they told me I was past the order deadline for Wed. so it would not be shipped until Friday. Friday came and went and I have no idea if my order has shipped. I would think that "nextdayvape" would be an indication of quick shipping. Maybe they should change their name to next couple of day vapes. Difficult to understand how an order of 2 100ml bottles of vape on a Wednesday doesn’t get shipped out until Monday??? UPDATE I contacted them again on Monday via chat and they told me my order was “in line” to be shipped that day. I promptly cancelled my order. Extremely poor shipping service!!! They definitely do not live up to their name AT ALL!

I made a simple order of a Vape and extra accessories..spent 80 plus bucks and paid 8 bucks for priority 2 to 3 days shipping....My package came just like they specified it was properly and neatly packaged...And I'm completely satisfied with this transaction....I know it shipped from Jersey and I'm in Florida so East coast mailing delivery and all it still arrived when they said it would and I paid extra to get it here sooner...my choice but they gave me exactly what I paid them for....

Contacted the seller numerous times via email and phone since mid December. I still have not heard from them and customer service phone number does not work. product that was sent to me was not the product in the picture on their website. It was an Older version that is sold for 1/4 of the price on another website. In the future it’s only Amazon for me customer service is important just for this very reason.

Contacted seller about item which the internal battery was not holding a charge, merchant refused to allow a return...item quit working after a few week. Suggest you purchase elsewhere.

I ordered $48 worth of stuff they sent me an email saying that it's on hold I try to call the number it's a new jersey number it rings once and then hangs up. the money is already gone from my account but they put my order on hold and they won't answer their phones or emails this is very weird I think it's a scam. I'm about to report them to my bank if I don't get an answer soon.

I had a great interaction with them. My order was sent out the next moring as i ordered after business hours and was recieved in 2 days as I'm in Cincinnati Ohio and only a few states away. They had the best price the item and free shipping so i was pleased with my purchase.

Dont waste ur time with these guys, been week since i put in order. No response, no email, no nothing. Thanks for wasting my time clowns
