Had a diamond cut alloy refurbed after buckle from a pot hole. The buckle was fixed and generally good finish but noticed damage when I got home next to the centre cap where they had prized the plastic centre cap out with a screwdriver or something which was disappointing- the refurb hadn’t managed to rectify it. I also noticed the mechanic allowing alloys to drop on the brake discs when removing the wheels from the car- I’d expect better care and attention not to allow this from a premium garage.

What a brilliant service..!! Mechanics are first-class and everyone was so helpful and polite. My damaged wheel was diamond cut and looked ‘brand new’ on collection. I cannot recommend NextReferbs high-enough. A fast, 5* service, from a 5* outfit…!!

I recently purchased alloys and tyres from – ordered from next wheels and had them to be delivered to Glasgow, excellent service throughout the process. During my European expedition in my Audi TT, I found myself confronting an unfortunate tyre mishap in the vicinity of Gloucester, UK. A swift search led me to "Next Wheels & Tyres Gloucester," and I must say, their service was impeccable. The staff were straightforward and diligent, promptly attending to my vehicle's needs. Within a short span of time, my tyre was repaired and I was apprised of the situation in a manner that was easily understandable. The cost for this prompt and professional service was also quite reasonable. In essence, if you're experiencing tyre troubles in or around Gloucester, this establishment should be your go-to. They managed to turn a potentially stressful ordeal into an effortless resolution, for which I am exceedingly grateful.

Good first experience with the garage following booking in my car via black circles. Car required additional work to ensure tyre wear would be balanced in the future. Also made me aware of an issue with a tyre that wasn't due to be changed. Not pushy, and very friendly staff. Will be back in the future.

Solved my slow puncture problem.. and good advice

Great service and really friendly staff. It was really busy when I arrived but Staff were really quick to make sure I was acknowledged and assisted. Every one of the guys in the garage was friendly and made the effort to talk to me. Excellent customer service and communication.

Faz done an absolute great job sorting out getting my new wheels over to the Isle of Man for me. All arrived within a week safely and securely. Another happy customer I’ll be back soon for more wheels and tyres. Thanks guys !

I found these guys on eBay and was unsure what rims and tyres to put on my car, so I called them up and spoke to a guy who was very helpful and did not trying to oversell to me.

I drove from Bristol to Gloucester to see the rims in stock and found they had a very good selection.

The whole team were very helpful, very friendly and I thought the goods and service I received were reasonably priced.

I have no hesitation in recommending Next Wheel and Tyres.

Best tyre garage in Gloucester, these guys are absolutely fantastic. Their service is second to none and is my new go to garage in Gloucester.

This is my second visit as I had my tyres done around 3 months ago and then booked in my car for a full service and alloy wheel refurb.

The next wheels team always take their time to speak with everyone, treat you with respect and offer a good and affordable service from start to finish.

Overall very happy with the service and 5 star rating from me.

Fargham & Azmat provided a warm welcome initially, however, after taking my car to my local BMW garage after they weren't able to unseize the wheels for alignment. I was shocked to find out that all front-wheel nuts hadn't been tightened and could have easily come off (technician stated he could get them off with his hands), alongside this, I was also notified of various areas on the inner and outta lip that had been damaged when the tyres were put on by NWT. Having spent a small fortune with Next Wheels & Tyres I'm really disappointed that the individual who fitted the tyres didn't take due care or attention and could have easily caused a fatal accident if my wheels had come off on the motorway whilst driving home. I would highly advise anyone to get them to torque wrench the wheels whilst you are there and to triple check the outside/inside lip hasn't been damaged by the tyre fitter. I'm aware they are expanding and have new staff, but quality control needs to come first even with training new staff to keep customers safe.

Further to your response, you stated the following:
‘You mention that you have taken it to your "local BMW Garage" for an assessment, who found the bolts to be loose - however, BMW have confirmed to us that the last time the vehicle was booked in to them was 4th April for an MOT retest as it failed its MOT the previous month..’

This is a false statement and shows that you lack integrity and arn’t honest as a business. After speaking to the garage, they have advised me that under no condition would they discuss a customers details or when they last visited their branch.
I’ve been informed that the information you are referring to is when my car was last MOT’d, which is publicly available online. The garage has also confirmed that I didn’t visit on 4th April, it was indeed the 5th on that occasion.
 This shows you've falsified a response in an attempt to deceive others, they had absolutely no idea who you are and have never heard of Next Wheels & Tyres.

Moving on to your response surrounding the tie rod ends being seized, you said the following:
‘this is why we were upfront and honest and mentioned this to you rather than advising the alignment had been done and charging you for it. We clearly advised that alignment could not be done and there would be no charge for it.’

I would like to point out that when I arrived to collect my car, you had only just put it on the ramp. Then after 20 minutes your young guy showed me he couldn’t do it. It’s worth noting that this took professional technicians over an hour to unseize them, so there was clearly a time management issue here or lack of experience and you hadn’t got to it before I arrived.

You mention there was no charge, however, when I purchased the tyres and alloys for over £1000 you said alignment was included. Looking online, the reptile competition alloys are available in 18’’ for £500 and you charge £675 for them… so I think its clear that you have added in the appropriate cost to cover your services, therefore, you have charged for alignment.

We both know what you said here couldn't be further from the truth.
‘Our staff is highly experienced, dedicated and honest. We have spoken with the member of staff that torqued your wheels and he has confirmed they were torqued to 140NM.’

I think anyone reading this now will see that you arn't honest and don’t take responsibility for when your staff make mistakes. To finish, you stated that the directors had tried to reach out to me and I was reluctant/hesitant to take any calls.

I messaged you and asked to be emailed so there was a clear transcript of our conversation and no miscommunication, I’ve had enough of your excuses blaming new staff, especially after Faz said last week you wanted to fire the new kid because of his incompetence.

At the end of the day, we all make mistakes, but as a business you need to accept that these things happen and take responsibility.

I ordered some alloys of these guys from eBay! And they arrived 2 days later perfectly packaged exactly how I asked them to be! They’re communication was fast & they were extremely polite will 100% order from them again ! The alloys arrived in perfect condition
