This is by far the worst hospital in the United Kingdom.
The complaints team are horrendous and utterly disgusting.
The elderly lady within complaints is a horrendous individual.

The doctors though, you may get a few who are genuine and approachable, however you will meet some that are beyond disgusting and in wrong files, saying wrong things about other people's children.
You will also be met with contempt a lot here, where your symptoms are brushed off and what you say is outright ignored.

If you use here, I recommend highly, visit the ombudsman website and familiarise yourself with what to do.
You will require it.

Some of the nurses were utterly disgusting in attitude, mannerism and approach.
However a lot of the nurses were amazing, helpful, informative and kind. Out of 15 we met 12 were amazing. 1 was informed hardly to get lost and two were were asked to leave.
So be prepared.

This place is beyond disgusting

Waited over a year for an appointment, only to then be told they no longer offer that assessment / treatment.
Reading online found they stopped offering it in 2013, four years before telling me they had just stopped, on the instructions of the Clinical Director.

How can an NHS treat and lie to patients like this in 2017, a disgrace given they say the NHS Grampian line is, caring, listening, improving!!!
