I called Sally (London & South East) on Friday 4th December as well as other "elite" home service professional agencies. It was like talking to a well trusted contact from the off, she listened to what I needed and came back to me within hours with a recommended night nanny. Sally was compassionate and professional in all respects. She explained the contract, costs and covid procedures really well. She prioritises a well matched job, over quantity.

I called the references of her recommendation that day and interviewed the night nanny Saturday morning. She started on Monday 7th! This hugely exceeded my expectations. Sally is clear well connected and trusted by her nannies. In the time it took her to find someone, I was still waiting for call backs from bigger agencies which were having their weekly meetings when I called them Friday morning.

Sally was prompt with invoicing and is always available for contact. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for finding a night nanny now.

Our night nanny was fantastic with our newborn Zachary. She was always very punctual, extremely kind, and conscientious. She helped us from mid October to early December 2020. We would highly recommend her and will definitely use her if we ever have anymore children.

My super nanny Was brilliant! I cannot recommend them enough!

We were very happy with our sleep nanny. She spent two days with us and our son and helped us establish a daily routine. She gave us a schedule that we’ve been following and it proved very helpful with the sleep training. We couldn’t believe that our son was sleeping a full nap on the first day of sleep training. She gave some very good tips on how to continue with the sleep daytime routine as well as with the night time routine. Few days after her visit our son showed significant improvement in his sleep routine and was self-settling when put down to sleep. She was kind enough to answer questions over chat and phone call after the visit. I would certainly recommend her services!

Incredibly excellent people with a great team of nannies. The agency’s system of every end year workshop that brings professional midwives, doctors, specialist that teaches nannies or re polish their knowledge in looking after newborns is awesome. This keeps the nannies up to date with new knowledge on how to look after newborns, and it’s free!
The agency also looks after its nannies, listen to their views which makes it unique and likable from other agencies.

Love working with NN. It’s been over 15 years since my first interview with the NN and I will never forget it. No one ever “tested” me so much on my knowledge of care and routines and first aid. I tried some Other agencies over the years but none of them compared. Small things like hand signed Xmass cards out every year, Xmass get together, call/email/message when things get tough are just few NN do for people they work with. To ensure the best for their clients, they organise numerous refresher courses on relevant topics for Everyone working with NN. I believe they give same care And attention to their clients and I can not recommend them enough.

Night Nannies have been super efficient at finding all of my wonderful jobs. I am a maternity practitioner and night nanny and since coming back to work after having my 3 children, I have had constant work and all in the areas of London which are perfect for me.
