So I’ve had my Nireeka bike for a few months now and it’s everything I’ve ever wanted in a bike to be honest. It took a very long time to arrive to the point where I really wasn’t even sure if I was going to get a bike, and there were delivery exemptions every time I’d refresh the FedEx tracking site which was very worry some and stressful. The day finally came though, which was a huge relief, and as I said earlier I couldn’t be happier with the bike. Absolutely gorgeous and I was able to attach an arm extension with a seat and pull my kids on it with no problem. It’s an absolute beast on the road or sidewalk. Also does well up hills and off road. Very fast and battery last forever! Love it!! Thank you Nireeka. Wish you guys great success!

Although we waited some time to receive our two bikes they far exceeded our expectations! Build quality and ride are excellent and they look good too!

We haven't had our Nireeka bikes ( NYX and prime ) for very long but we love them so far. We loved biking around our neighborhood. Everywhere we go people love our bikes. Ask all kinds of questions. We would recommend Nireeka to anyone that asks.

I love my bike! The team was perfect to work with and they explained everything very well. A big selling point is the eye-catching design.

Very good customer service. There was trouble with the post office delivering my order, but Nireeka follow up on my order right away with no questions asked to solve it. The Nyc is great product too!

Purchased a prime in Nov 2021. Tracking says bike is out for shipping to your address in Jan 2022. It is now Mar 2022. Support ticket opened, and the next day my entire $4k order was cancelled with a due in 7-10 days full refund.. ( WTH )?.I thought Dubai was the land of Big Baller Companies, and if your not, just say so BUT STAY IN TUNE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!. Be About Your Word! Yes, I would love to own one maybe two Nireeka bikes but! CANT TRUSS YA!... Update Information: Nireeka Refunded ALL of my money that was spent on this purchase today, WOW! My bike was mostlikely BORROWED at the shipping location, it happens. So I will order another bike and see if I can finally get to enjoy one..

My 2 bikes have been ordered in November 2020 and by now Fab 2022 have not been delivered! Last track was in Nov 2021 with „label created” message and link to UPS but I checked with UPS and they have never received the goods to ship! After multiple „support tickets” I received no effective support and no answer. Very traumatic experience and extremly bad treatment of the customer!

Finally the bikes arrived - and they are great!

This is a birthday present for my husband. He always checks their shop's website every now and then especially their Nireeka's backpack which is the most lacking essentials for him for his biking needs. I know he will be more comfortable riding while wearing this backpack with him! This is a great purchase and he will love this!

I love my E-Bike from this shop so much! It has made bike-riding pleasurable again. I've got used to the very slight delay and the surge as the power kicks in. It's whizzing me up the hills just as effectively as my other bike. In my opinion, there isn’t a company out there that is comparable. Good luck to all on your e-bike search!

I had to replace my stolen bike and during the covid lockdown, it was hard to find something reasonably priced. I was lucky enough to find a great deal on Nireeka's. Great smooth, light, and comfortable bike! It’s fair to say that I’ve never been so happy with my purchase.

With so many shops inflating prices during lockdown it was refreshing to buy from a company that kept the price fair and was so efficient with delivery. I would recommend this company to everyone wanting clear easy advice. I've already told a friend about them & now she's looking at a bike from them.

First class service from start to finish! I have been dreaming of having their Nireeka Nyx built. I love that I can always send a message with their chat support whenever I have a question about the specific parts. Now, I can't wait to order it and ride this coolest e-bike real soon. I can't praise them enough. I am really pleased with the bike and will definitely be ordering from here again when my youngest is ready for an upgrade. They communicated well at every stage of my purchase. When you're spending thousands on a bike it's good to know you can trust the company that you're dealing with. What an incredible bike, great service all around.

I bought the bicycle in October 2018,
today 20 November 2021 I don't know anything about my order. the company's last response, in spring 2021, was that my order will be shipped in August. Another three months have passed and of course we know nothing, and no response from the company.

Ordered and paid for my bike January supposed to originally recieve it in March. No bike
Then after using there aftersale support some finally got back to me and said would be delivered late October Hummm still no bike
Have been trying to contact someone to at least call me Hummmm no call back
There is no way to contact anybody other than email.
Over $4,000 paid and no bike
I will keep writing reviews each month updating if there is a positive outcome
