Excellent comprehensive report completed promptly. Jeremy contacted me by phone on completion to explain the important findings and discussed what remedial actions would be needed and/or advisable.
The online booking and progress updates were very easy to follow so I was updated at every part of the process.
I would highly recommend.

The service provided was prompt and detailed. Right from the first enquiry, Jeremy got in contact that day and explained all the services and talked us through what the best option would be. Payment was straightforward and very reasonable. Website was easy to navigate.
We received the survey report back very quickly and had a call to talk us through everything that was found.

Had a home buyers survey done by Jeremy. Prompt and professional service with the survey completed the same week and report sent within 24 hours. The survey was detailed and well written and Jeremy called me offering to further discuss some issues with the property.

Jeremy's service was incredible and provided a very detailed review of the property and surrounding buildings. The report was easy to read and advice provided was exceptional.

The following points were impressive:

1. Jeremy called me the following day to say the report was almost done but wanted to verbally walk through his findings. He didn't have to do this and also provided good information and put our mind at ease.

2. Not only were major issues identified and advice provided but even the minor issues that didn't require attention were communicated in detail which again didn't need to be but gave us even more insight and information about the property.

3. Turn around time from inspection to report 24 hours!!!
