Jeremy was so easy to deal with, did a great job with our survey, happy to explain it thoroughly with us, and competitively priced. I'd happily use NISurv again.

Jeremy was great to work with. We booked Jeremy needing our survey completed as soon as possible, and from booking to completion to report being issued was less than two weeks, a brilliant service. Jeremy had our report within 24 hours of doing the survey and even offered a courtesy phone call to discuss his findings. I couldn’t recommend Jeremy highly enough.

Jeremy pulled all the stops out to get the survey done quickly at the same time nothing was compromised!
He kept me up to date as the process progressed by way of phone calls and emails.
He gave me a verbal preliminary report over the phone outlining any issues and possible future problems. A detailed written report is to follow which will be forwarded to my solicitor.

I wouldnt hesitate to recommend niSurv. Right from the quote, their service was second to none. Really responsive communication and a very thorough survey. Being talked through the report findings by Jeremy was especially helpful and reassuring.

Had a great experience dealing with Jeremy. He initially had a quick look at the property online and advised on which level he thought best - Level 2 in this case. From the initial quote, to the survey and report, everything was very streamlined. Had to push my survey date back a bit which Jeremy was very flexible with. I recently had a RICS Home Survey Level 2 carried out by Jeremy. I received a quote within 24 hours along with an estimated timeline for when the survey could be booked. Following that I received a full survey report the next working day after survey was conducted. Additionally I received a phone call from Jeremy explaining the key findings. Overall, very happy with the service provided and highly recommending.

We have used niSurv twice for L2 surveys and on both occasions were very happy with the service. Jeremy was happy to have a quick phone conversation to discuss our needs, then booking and paying online were very straightforward. On both occasions we had our report the day following the visit to the premises and again Jeremy had a conversation to take us through his key findings and concerns. The report itself followed the standard RICS L2 format and contained a detailed write up of each area surveyed with relevant images and subsequent recommendations for further investigation/action if necessary.
