Very reliable and friendly service. The report was comprehensive and issued very quickly after the survey. All emails were answered quickly and in depth. I woukd 100% recommend this company if you need a property survey.

Survey was done as arranged to a very high standard, and the report was produced in a very timely fashion. Surveyor is very knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with and talk to. Excellent service.

They survey the property exactly on the date agreed.
They appeared to be thorough pointing out a lot of issues and supplying advice to correct same.

This is the 2nd time that I have used this company and both times have been very positive experiences. The communication between every stage is comprehensive and let me know what to expect and when. When the survey was ready (24hrs later) I was given a phone call to talk over all aspects of the report which has been immensely helpful. I would definitely recommend this company.

Jeremy was very thorough in his report and it was delivered within 24 hours of the survey . As there were important issues that needed to be discussed he went out of his way to be available to talk to us over the weekend. Booking the survey was very easy online & plenty of information to assist with the booking. Only downside was the wait (few weeks for the survey) but when your an excellent professional unfortunately there will be a waiting list, and Jeremy was worth the wait.

Jeremy was diligent, detailed and comprehensive re the Level 2 Survey he performed on a domestic property for me. The process from start to finish was straight forward and easy to use. Communication and information was open, to the point and concise at each stage, whether via email or phone. The admin/payment side also very smooth and quick. I found Jeremy very friendly and approachable. He was happy to deal with a range of my many many questions on our report phone call. Much appreciated. The output report and call was honest, detailed and evidenced an experienced Surveyors eye. One balancing comment local to my experience only - depending on his availability you may have to wait a bit longer for a survey date than you initially expected but from my experience it was worth waiting for.

Great experience from start to finish. The booking system they have implemented is top notch and easy to use - most importantly Jeremy is an excellent surveyor who took great care over the survey. He is also generous with his time and is quick to respond with any questions. I wouldn't hesitate to go with Jeremy again.
