A property was sold to us empty with no upward chain. After 4 months and expensive searches and professional valuations, which were disputed by your valuer the property was put into a upward chain which lost us our buyer. The property was then immediately re-marketed at an higher price.

The Nock Deighton team have been very professional and pleasant to deal with in all interactions, recommended.

From our first telephone conversation, we have experienced real enthusiasm and meaningful engagement from Kim to assist us to find the right property. If I could review twice, I would give a 5 star for the First Stage of Purchase (based on my interaction with Laura in Sales) and a minus 5 star for the Sale Progression (based on my interaction Asheligh).
Laura was courteous, professional and replied in good time each of the query without the need for chasing her. She has excellent interpersonal skills and demeanour. It has been a pleasure dealing with Nock Deighton via Laura.

Since I was handed over to the so called "Sale Progression" team's Ashleigh, we felt we received unprofessional, unpolite and erratic services bordering on being rude. As a Buyer who is their bread and butter (even though payment comes from the Seller, remember, no Buyer means no Seller) we felt the treatment was disrespectful, slow and requiring constant chasing.

Efforts were made by Head of Sale Progression who was friendly, polite and helpful but that did not improve our day to day interactions.

Their Freelance agent (Katherine Andrews) who showed us the property was also very off-putting and did the absolute minimum during our viewing.

We will not be buying or selling via Nock Deighton unless we see positive changes there.

In the process of selling my property in Bridgnorth and they have been by a square country mile the worst estate agency I have yet used.
Although I told both the office manager,Kim and the branch manager Andrew of my unhappiness with the levels of service I was told basically that I'd achieved my asking price and that these things never run smoothly!!!
Their sales progression team, which was one of the deciding factors when choosing them, has been a joke and information, mostly by email, has been terse and uninformative.Calls were often not returned for days.

Their services are not cheap and in retrospect I would have used the likes of Purple Bricks if I'd known that I would have to have been so involved.
Very poor.

I was shown around my now new home by Nock Deighton Newport. Unlike other experiences I have had with other estate agents, I was not rushed and they answered all my questions. They were always available and contactable. All the staff I spoke to (Sue and Kim) were very supportive. Special thanks to Wendy who calmed me when my stress levels were high and saw the whole process through to completion plus made it as smooth as it could be. Excellent service.

We bought through Matthew in the Ironbridge office and have had a great customer experience with him. This is especially good since we offered just prior to the lockdown. Matthew maintained really good comms between us and the sellers to make things as smooth as possible despite delays due to valuations and legal issues - it's been a great help having Matthew helping out. Put the for sale board where no one can see it and then I asked 5 times for it to be moved and got ignored. Difficult to get through to anyone. Suddenly received contact when I decided to stop using them. Very expensive and not worth it for the level of service you receive. Called me by the wrong name.

I have rented from Nock Deighton for 7 years and Ann Skelley has been my go-to person for some time, I can honestly that Ann is always very professional and efficient whenever I have had any problems and is always prepared to go the extra mile.

Outstanding service from Dawn at the Telford branch. She went above and beyond helping me in very difficult circumstances to find and move into a property. Communication was amazing... even messaging me at times when the office was shut to keep me updated on progress. Highly recommended.

An absolutely dreadful experience with Nock Deighton, Ludlow. I and my wife were interested in a property and when we asked questions, we would have to wait a week before a reply. We actually placed and offer and received a rejection.... and that was it. No counter-offer.... nothing!
When we asked for a google map image of the plot size, we received no answer. When we asked for an OS map to visualise the plot size, we were told "OS map images would cost us money to request!" They are right.... about £3.00
I finally pleaded with their office manager to communicate so we could move negotiations forward.... nothing! I have all of this on email as well. Dreadful!!!!

I have been using Nock Deighton in Ludlow now for many years in connection with letting and house purchase. I have always found them to be extremely efficient, competent, flexible, helpful and supportive. My most recent dealings with them, just concluded, have been no exception. I would be very happy to recommend this Ludlow branch.

properties are decent. However their team fail to respond to things in a timely manner. dont get things done. Change your gas and electric supplier without telling you and say its in the contract. Just absolutely poor. If i am landlord avoid them if i am tenant avoid them ! Just a joke
