Consultation is too rushed
In my opinion the consultation is too rushed. It is very hard to follow the information that is simply read back to you from a web page. Giving the links beforehand so you can read through and then ask questions would probably be more helpful.
I felt I just needed to rush my decision on which vaccination to take.

Great service. Very knowledgeable on what vaccines we may need for our travels. We felt under no pressure to have any jabs. Getting a booking was quick and easy. Highly recommended.

Proffessional and caring. The nurses are always well informed and…
The nurses are always well informed and don't try to push you into unnecessary vaccines or medications. The whole experience has always been very professional. My family and I have been using nomad for over 10 years. I have total confidence in them, i don't feel I'm part of a money making scheme. As a total bonus they are very gentle too.

Efficient and knowledgeable. Probably not the cheapest but great service and everything that was needed was available so it was all very convenient. Handy little shop with travel essentials too. Easy parking outside.

Ran out of vaccine, cancelled booking.
Seemed helpful and booked our Yellow Fever jabs, but the night before the clinic called to say they had run out of vaccine and it was too late to go elsewhere.

Great service
Great service. We'd left it a bit late to get our kid's vaccinated for rabies on the NHS and Nomad fitted us in, gave us all the options and explained clearly why myself and my partner didn't need the vaccination. They are very professional, look up the country you are going to and explain your options and then ensure you get your jabs in time. Very happy. Pricey but worth the peace of mind.

Friendly staff - but no vaccine available …
The staff spoke to were very helpful and friendly, but you didn’t have the vaccine that I needed and only informed me of this after o had booked.
A rival clinic had stocks and were more user friendly .

Due to a national shortage of the Yellow Fever vaccine, many clinics across the UK, including some of ours, are currently out of stock. In line with UK health authority guidance, any remaining doses must be prioritised for those with urgent travel needs and imminent departure dates.

Initial appointment went well. The follow up is awful.
Initial appointment went well with all relevant information.
Since then I have phoned several times regarding my report and is there any confirmation of me having the vaccines recommended due to my age. I can only phone the central number which is a waste of time. The person taking the call is not interested and very unhelpful . He even suggested i may have to delay my holiday. do not use Nomad !!!. My local pharmacist's have done far more in one phone call than Nomad in a meeting and several phone calls.

As you may be aware, there is currently a national shortage of the Yellow Fever vaccine, which has unfortunately impacted supply across many organisations in the UK, including our clinic network. We completely understand how frustrating this can be, especially when trying to plan important travel.

However we would like to clarify that no suggestion was made from our colleague to delay your holiday; although, we acknowledge that the conversation may have been interpreted differently, and we’re sorry for any confusion caused.
