Order was simple and delivery was quick and we love them

I don’t even want to give this company one star. Bought 3 pts of glasses as one item. Overcharged at checkout but- took £20.12
Instead of £15.48. Did refund when emailed. However, item not arrived. Have emailed on numerous occasions but they have not responded. So many complaints about this company, don’t understand how they are able to continue to operate.

I thought it was a long drawn out process. I ordered the 4 to get the 4 free with my order. Unfortunately, I received only the 4 and it concerned me that communication was lacking and order eventually arrived and wasn’t complete. Ordering was straightforward but the delivery was lacking.

Just ordered and they took £20.12 instead of the £15.48 on the invoice. No reason why …. not acceptable!

I was overcharged, but they sorted it out for me straight away. I was refunded.
Very helpful and a great product.

They are strong and sturdy but arrived a lot smaller than expected. Don’t recall a size choice when ordering so a little disappointed.

My order was £15.48 including shipping and insurance at checkout yet they took £20.12 no explanation what for. I contacted them they said the overcharge would be refunded, it never was. It’s stealing from people. Beware!!

I think it’s lovely,it for my granddaughter but I haven’t seen her yet but I know she will love it

I have just ordered ice cube trays "18.99 this is supposed to be 50% discount. However charged £4.99 plus insurance plus additional amount . Instead of the 18.99 as stated £31.taken from my account. This is unlawfull will be investigating further & reporting.

These glasses are very flimsy my eye's took quite a while to focus with them. I wear glasses for reading but don't find these glasse that clear for reading but fairly clear for long distance. Unfortunately I was quite disappointed with them.

Fantastic!! Have caught 100’s tiny fruit flies horrible they are. I would recommend anyone having problems t purchase these. I’ll be buying more t have in t be ready if anymore come along.

They are a scam company that over charge you.

I initially thought the product was expensive, they then added 5 shipping and finally they just took an extra £6 and pretended it was a system error.

They are hoping people dont notice.

I placed a order with this company and they have overcharged me. I have just read similar reports on Trustpilot and contacted my bank to report them .
