Great service but too many items were out of stock.
My order was packed well and dispatched quickly

I get everything I need for our birds top quality and very good priced the service is excellent and easy to order can't fault them excellent

I've always had Quick delivery brilliant toy range there good with there condition when things are out of stock

Northern Parrots kindly phoned me after emails went astray and sorted out the issue, arranging an email.

I bought a Voyager open top parrot cage (£349.00) from Northern Parrots on 3/3/26 and unfortunately, after I unpacked it, there was rust on most of the parts. They offered me £40 to keep the cage, which I refused so it was sent back. The replacement cage they sent to me was bent in places, paint chipped off and sharp edges on a few places. They offered me £30 this time, to keep the cage as it is, which I again refused so that had to be returned too. I cancelled the order and bought a cage from another supplier which was brilliant! It’s funny how Northern Parrots called me after I ordered it,to check if the cage is suitable for my parrot but they were apparently okay for me to put my parrot in a rusty, sharp edged cage because it’s easier for them to replace it. I won’t be ordering anything else from Northern Parrots and I definitely don’t recommend buying a cage from this company.

Overall my experience was a pleasant and positive one. A couple of items were a bit expensive for the quality but I assume it’s because they’re deemed fit for parrots. Delivery was reasonably quick too.

As usual great products and good prices you get what you pay for where else would you need to go to make your parrot happy

I Use to always purchase from this company.
Although a lot of the wooden chewable toys were sold out for some time.I had to purchase elsewhere.
The items I managed to purchase were good and delivery was quick and on time.

No issues , great product from the sales section . My AG’s loved these treats .
