Terrible. I am still waiting for my DHL label to send my shoe for repair. I paid 2 weeks ago and have chased repeatedly. £80 for shoe repair is also an absolute joke.

Sehr gute Schuhe zu fairem Preis
Ich nutze schon sehr lange Northwave Schuhe. Die Qualität, Passform und Langlebigkeit ist sehr gut und sucht seines gleichen. Leider wurde diesmal meine Bestellung nicht mit meinem Kundenkonto verknüpft und sorgte somit bei mir für etwas Unsicherheit.

Einmal und nie wieder
Gemäss Grössentabelle bestellt, Teil passt leider nicht (falsches Grössenetiket) und es ist trotzt mehrmaligen "Kontakt" mit dem Kundenservice nicht zu retournieren.
Die Lieferung erfolgte mit GLS was in Raum Heidelberg dazu führt, dass sie nicht zugestellt wird und die Verzögerung zu Lasten der Rückgabefrist sich auswirkt. Die Online-Kontaktformulare werden nur von der Firmen-KI beantwortet, d.h. Standardantwort und keine Lösung seit 6 Wochen. Hunderte von € für eine Jacke ausgegeben mit den falschen Grössenetikett und die Firma ist sich keine Schuld bewusst und ich trage die Kosten
