Riparato rotore su entrambe scarpe Mtb
Anche se ho dovuto riparare il rotore di entrambe le scarpe di un paio di Northwave Rebel 3, prima una ed una settimana dopo purtroppo anche l'altra, il servizio è stato impeccabile. La spesa è un po' alta ed alla prossima sicuramente non effettuerò alcuna riparazione ma acquisterò un prodotto nuovo. Alla prossima rottura deciderò eventualmente di riacquistare lo stesso prodotto o similare oppure passare ad altre marchi. Comunque scarpe comode e perfette per il mio piede!

It's good to ride in good shoes.
I first ordered directly from the company. Because I was and still am very satisfied with their products. I wanted to order a shoe whose predecessor I still use today. When I updated my cycling gear, I couldn't find the more modern shoe - which is not new either - in my size at any retailer. So I got the idea to check out the manufacturer's website. Here I managed to find what I was looking for.

Decepcionada -Estafa
Todavía estoy en espera de recibir mi pedido, y contestación por parte de Northwave. Servicio de atención al cliente lamentable. No cumplen con lo acordado. Al final dejaré de comprar online y me evitaré perder el tiempo en tener que denunciar para poder reclamar el reembolso.

Estamos a 09.12.2025 y todavía estoy en espera de respuesta y de recibir mi pedido. Truffo.
