Excellent help from the lady on the phone.

Could’ve sold me a new stop start valve but advised me to remove it and grease it. Power washers fixed!

These are really great people who do their best to help you even with the small things. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them, whether it's a large item or a small spares item. Big shout out especially to Christine for her help and advice.

After receiving 2 broken karchers from the big online site, i decided to try a more local company for a pressure washer. When looking at NWPW on trustpilot, i was wary of so many 5* reviews and none that were below 4*. Did they get their friends to load 5* reviews, i wondered, as this sort of rave reviewing is out of the ordinary. I needn't have been concerned. Everything people have said about NWPW is true. I phoned them to ask a couple of questions about Nilfisk before i bought. The phone was answered quickly and i had a good chat with them. My Nilfisk arrived promptly. Unfortunately, even though NWPW had written on the box to be careful when loading and unloading, the washer was damaged. It happens. Too much, but it happens. It is with situations like this, that you really find out a companies worth. Will they try and fob me off saying its the carrier i need to chase up or even the manufacturer (which i have had before). At the very least, i will have to wait until it gets back to them, assessed the damage, then send another one out, another week at least, i thought. No, none of that. Chris was very apologetic, even though it obviously wasn't their fault, sent another one out that day with instructions to the carrier to pick up the damaged one at the same time. Chris phoned me later that day to tell me it had been picked up, and they unpacked and checked the new one, to make sure it was ok, and it was with me the next day. So, another 5* to add to the rest and believe me, they are absolutely deserved!

Nilfisk support told me my P150.2 pressure washer was unfixable (kept blowing fuses). Emailed NWPW LTD support, explained the issue, Christine told me the exact part I need. Fixed :-)

We have been using North West Power Washers for our works hoover for some time now. I have just chased up an order and they responded straight away, which is wonderful. Really great service.

Very quick to provide the links to the spare parts I needed. The part arrived the next day however I managed to damage the power washer terminally and didn`t need the part. I was offered a refund straight away. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend and use again.

The stop/start valve supplied for my Nilfisk C120.3 didn't solve the problem and I was instantly given a refund. Chris was helpful in every aspect and I would highly recommend this company for speedy service and detailed advice.
Sometimes it's not worth trying to repair electrical devices that are built for replacing after their useful lifetime.

I can honestly say, that finding their website, while trying to find spares for my nilfisk, I was impressed by their ethos of being customer friendly.
I've had a true customer experience, & after explaining about a leak on my pressure washer & how I had tried to cure it, I received excellent advice.
The price all in was a lot less than I thought it would be & I was told it would be in the post today.
I highly recommend this family business & larger businesses do not give you generally, the kind of attention I received from North West Power Washers.
I will definitely purchase from them again.

I ordered a part for my Nilfisk pressure washer. It was quick to arrive exactly as described on the website. Unfortunately when I dismantled the unit I found the pump was non- standard
