First class service and very helpful advice.
I dealt with Christine, who was honest and knowledge with regards to the fault I had with a pressure washer and the parts and technical know how to rectify the issue. I was sent a link to a user manual and instructions on what to do ( and some insider tips ).
Many many thanks to Christine and North West Power Washers.

Called for advice about my broken pressure washer, (didn’t buy the pressure washer from them the other company I bought from, couldn’t care less when I called them they told me to buy a new one) but this company was very helpful and knowledgeable, they told me what was wrong and which part I needed, order placed and delivered the next day. Pressure washer is as good as new now. Thank you.

A TrustPilot review minus any negative comments might make you suspicious. Don't be for North West Power Washers . They well deserve all their 5* reviews. You can't just put a Nilfisk pressure washer into an envelope to return which they appreciate. NWPW are willing to diagnose the common faults over phone or email, advise and supply the correct spare part AND even advise how to fit. They'll link to repair manuals and add practical tips. Exceptional personal service.

Now to see if my DIY skills match this service.

Having been let down twice with an alternative supplier, NWPW were fantastic. They replied to my technical queries on the parts involved inside an hour and were extremely helpful, explaining all the options. Delivery was very smooth ( they used a quality carrier who delivered it within 3 days. The attitude and helpfulness of NWPW was excellent. ( Thank you Christine)
