Super great staff in the office and big thanks to Jake who really helped me understand the financing and warranty agreements.

Great exlerience with this dealership. Good chat with the sales man today about a new motor.
Belive his name was Jake, super helpful and he knew exactly how to direct me to what I need and want without me knowing myself!
Definitely recommend, and make sure you ask for Jake he's a star!

Ben was an amazing member of the staff who went through the sale very smoothly… he was very helpful and very approachable and easy to ask questions. Definitely would recommend him as a sale person.

Ben grate service

i purchased a vehicle from northwest trade centre and i dealt with ben who was so willing to help and so good he was fantastic i would recommend to anyone who is anxious about buying a car please go to ben as he is so kind and always happy to help

Mike was helpful with the purchase and friendly. That car we bought was serviced and had a fresh MOT which was great. We didn't like that fact there was a £249 charge added to the price which wasn't discussed unless you read the small print when signing the contract. Overall good customer service and a 3 year warranty on the vehicle can't complain

Jake was professional, polite and competent, leading to a smooth process buying my new car.

A very positive experience. Mike was helpful, friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

Very smooth process from start to finish was able to drive the car away the same day! Mike and Stuart was very helpful 👏
