This is an email sent a week before collection. I then was told the bike was ready. So I agreed to come in the following day. It wasn't, the system hadn't been updated with my deposit. When paperwork finished the bike still wasn't ready.

sam dye was a very good salesman , when i mentioned that something was missing he sent it by courier, the bike was as described apart from mention of rust on the frame and the corroded spokes,the bike transport person was helpful, also just noticed a tank full of petrol,much appreciated

Tbh , my sales executive alex hudson extremely helpful , give me way to select one of the best bikes (honda), his nature and knowledge regarding bikes is excellent. I suggest if you want bike make sure you go chiswick honda specially to alex hudson, which way he guides me is really appreciated

I'm a long time VFR rider, and as my current bike was 10 years old I wanted to find a newer version. Chiswick Honda found a perfect fit, gave me an excellent deal and were a pleasure to deal with

Worthless warranty.
I paid £8,000 for a 2013 Fireblade, albeit with low mileage.
The front forks are worn out & there is a horrible flat spot, when cold, between 2-3,000 rpm. When I took the bike back to them they told me the forks are not covered by their warranty &, because of the aftermarket silencer, it requires a Power-commander to sort the driveability issue. Not covered either.

Violated consumer act 2015
Sales person was good, and he seems to work all the hours under the sun. However when the product arrived it had much more wrong with it than advertised. The company then told me it was my responsibility to pay to get it sent back (which is the violation of the consumer act the title refers to) which has put me a total of £400 out of pocket (delivery and collection). I’m am now starting my ombudsman journey as Norton way failed to see their failings. I would have given them 1 star but the sales guy was good.
EDIT - Please see below the company’s response. Please be aware they offered to refund not even half of the “unforeseen” damages. And these damages were only unforeseen due to lack of due diligence

Chris, we have offered full rectification of the unforseen issue with the motorbike, however this was declined. Instead you took the option of returning the motorcycle.
