Tom was a great person to deal with and sorted any queries I had. Took one star off because the car had not been washed at the time I viewed it so difficult to properly appraise the paintworkp. I have found this previously with Norton Way Honda sales - they tend to overpromise on cars being prep'd and videoed which then doesn't happen.

I have now bought 3 Honda Jazz cars from Norton Way and have been pleased with the service on each occasion. This time, the car I bought was an automatic hybrid ev which is quite a change for me. However, Anna, my sales manager, was very reassuring and helped me through the whole process. She is a very engaging, friendly young woman. I have now driven my new car a couple of hundred miles and I’m very pleased with its performance.

I'd been trying to find a second-hand car near Northampton with no luck. So my son suggested looking at Honda Norton's website, saying they had excellent reviews. I was impressed by their good stock of high quality cars, which were competitively priced compared to other dealers. even though it was a bit of a drive, I decided to head to Honda Norton Way in Letchworth. It was definitely worth the trip. I was really impressed with the huge range of Honda cars they had.
Katie, the Senior Sales Executive, was lovely - really friendly and helpful, not pushy at all. She helped me choose the right car for me. After that, everything was quick and smooth, and they kept in touch throughout -including free delivery despite the distance. I'm really happy with my car and the overall experience with Norton Way Honda.

The friendliness of the staff and their knowledge, test driving two cars without a staff member was more relaxing. We had one question to help us choose between the two cars and it was answered and sorted with speed.

Woe wasn't that a first class experience. I sold my car only couple of days ago through motorway and the buyer was Norton way. I never thought the sale will go through this seamlessly. Had a call yesterday around the release of my car. A very very pleasant , Not pushy atall , very well mannered gentleman call Kenny came to see me on time and went through the car, paper work and the it was all done within 45 mts.. funds got transferee. Can't genuask for me. Top class I must admit . Thank you and mean it

My experience with Katie at Norton Way Honda in Letchworth Garden city was excellent. Communication from the start was prompt, and having never bought a car remotely before I was reassured by the updates and videos I received when minor bodywork issues were dealt with.

I was impressed by their telephone manner and knowledge when phoning about the car I wanted to buy. On attending the dealership we were welcomed and were able to discuss our needs without feeling under pressure from the sales person for a sale. Overall they were professional and provided excellent customer service which gave us confidence in investing a large some of money in a new vehicle.
