Awful Service!! I booked my bike in for a service and chain & sprocket replacement a month in advance as I was going on holiday.
I rang and confirmed a day prior and all was said to be ok.

When I arrived making a 20 mile journey on a cold rainy morning, I was
told without much of an apology that the parts had not arrived.

I should never be returning there and got much better service at Grafton.

The Honda staff at Norton way Letchworth were warm and welcoming. Michael George charming individual and very supportive to purchasing my car. Michael very knowledgeable that gave me reassurance to buy Honda for there quality and reliability. Hopefully I will stay with Honda to purchase my next future car.

As someone who hadn't purchased a car for 15 years plus, Mark at NW Honda made the process clear, seamless and painless to navigate. There was no pushy sales of extra products, simply clear explanation of the benefits of each and time to decide if we wanted these or not. The minor cosmetic blemishes we'd spotted with the vehicle were removed and the vehicle was delivered direct to my home. I'd happily recommend NWH to anyone looking for a new car.

Bought a CRV from them last week and cannot rate Norton highly enough, from the very kind lady who makes the best coffee to Katie Hodgkinson who is just the best sales person and gave the most comprehensive breakdown of all their services & offerings, the features of the model we bought, and took my wife & I on a thorough test-drive… 10/10

first class and very helpful from start to finish as not been able to view car was sent a video of the car but as just recived it it looks like its just came out of the show room big thanks to leedan who been there from ordering to reciving this wonderful car also helped and kept me up to date with my honda civic sr 1.6 diesel and helped do the paperwork with over the phone or email

Mark on sales looked after me purchasing my next Honda after 15 years of owning my civic which had been a brilliant vehichle .

Made the process of buying a used car super easy and stress free. The car is great and I had it delivered to my door over 100 miles away from the showroom.
