Excellent service from Donald Smith (what a nice guy!) when buying our Mazda from Letchworth (Norton Way Branch) branch: really friendly and knowledgeable, Donald did not rush and took time to explain all the paperwork thoroughly as well.The test drive and inspection were very comprehensive with no stone unturned. Have to say it's the best car buying experience we've had (and we've had a quite a few over the years). Really happy with the car and buying service provided and Donald is a credit to the company.

People knowledgeable and professional

Amelia was excellent in our dealings with her. As we were buying the used MX5RF via the website as we live in Newcastle she answered all our questions honestly and kept us up to date with videos of the car. She could not have been any more helpful.
Upon arrival at the garage Amelia had organised for the car we travelled down in to be put on charge ready for me to drive it back to Newcastle as my wife and son drove his new car home.
Amelia made the whole distance process easy and took all the worry out of buying a car via the internet/web.

I have been driving Mazda's for over 20 years and have been with Norton Way Mazda for just over nine years. They are very customer focused without any hard sell, by which I mean they're genuinely friendly and I feel very comfortable doing business with them, which is a big deal for me.

From the first visit to test drive the car we were interested in to the after care, Amelia and Sam made the purchase of this car easy and stress free. Whenever they said they would do something it was done straight away and followed up. We are over the moon with the car and would recommend to anyone.
