Overall good service but they weren’t willing to negotiate on price despite us being cash buyers. They dismissed this idea completely and then in the next breath tried to get us to buy tyre cover, alloy wheel cover so wasn’t impressed on that.

Purchasing our new car was a seamless experience, great service from Amelia as always.

All of the staff were polite and friendly. They answered all of our questions in a clear way enabling us to decide which car was best for us. I was nervous about taking the car out for a test drive but I was reassured and made to feel relaxed. David gave us his full attention, over the week that we were in contact with him he remembered details and showed compassion about my husband’s health condition. I was collected from home and taken to collect my previous car, (we did not part exchanged). I was shown the features on my car and David asked what my favourite radio station was, he then added this to my favourites, the smallest of things made the service so personalised. Norton way Mazda have continued to provide good communication since we purchased our car.

Saw this Alfa Stelvio for sale and made an appointment to test drive the next day. The car, which had been taken as a p/x had been serviced, was very clean and presentable. Ronan, who took us out for the drive is a very courteous and personable salesman, and there was no hard sell sales tactics. We liked the car and put down a holding deposit. Once a few minor points were sorted out we paid the money and the car was delivered to our house within a week of first seeing it - a very easy, quick and smooth transaction, to be recommended. Btw, special mention to Bob, the delivery driver, who was both immaculately turned out and utterly charming!

When I decided it was time to change my faithful Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV I went to Norton Way Mazda to see what was on offer, and to cut a long story short, got a fantastic deal on a pre-reg Mazda CX-60 thanks to Ronan in Sales. Ronan made the whole process of trading in my old car and picking up the new one very easy and my experience with Norton Way Mazda so far has exceeded my expectations, as has the CX-60. I will be using them for servicing my new car so hopefully this excellent service will continue!

Very helpful, polite wasn't pushy or rushing me and didn't try to sell me extra products.

Ronan, Leigh and Sam went above a beyond of the care they all provided, nothing was ever too much trouble. Great costumer service! Answered every question I had and provided clear information and was so prompt in emailing back and getting the sale sorted.
