Great experience with purchase of new car and part exchange. David Mende was amazing and helped a lot.

I recently purchased my Peugeot 008 from you. The lovely lady (Diane Daniels) in sales was amazing!! She was extremely knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble she guided me through the whole process.....as she knew how important this was for me to get it right. 10 out of 10

We had the best experience we have ever had with a car dealership, from the moment we walked in to have a look. Stewart was excellent very helpful, polite and was happy to go through everything.
He kept us updated once the car was ordered.
When collecting the car Stewart again was amazing with showing us everything and the courtesy call a few days after collecting was also something we found really good.
We was made to feel very welcomed and valued as a customer.

Last night my wife and I picked up my wife's Peugeot 2008.
I would like to thank David Mence for making the whole experience Stress free.
David was not at all pushy and although he has a job to do did not try to sell us things we did not want as we have experienced at other big dealerships.
A time was arranged to collect the car and David sorted out the paperwork.
David then showed us round the car and went through the features and controls.
For the first I can remember when buying a car David had put some petrol in for us.

David was very helpful through the whole process of ordering and getting us into our brand new Peugeot 5008.

He kept us informed all the way through and was quick to answer any questions we had. He also did us a walk round video showing us our new car when it arrived at the dealership.

He was kind enough to let us choose a time and day for the pick up the car that worked for us. When we arrived we were offered a drink and promptly did all our paperwork.

He was able to give us a quick talk through getting us started in our new car and has also been helpful with some aftercare.

I cannot praise the service we received from the moment we browsed through the cars to the day we collected our car and this was all down to Dawn, she is incredible. I felt so comfortable with her honesty and non pushy style that we just had to purchase a car through her, she made the whole experience fun and her knowledge is second to none, she took us through the whole car, set up many things for me and nothing was rushed. 5* Service all round - Thanks Dawn

I've had the car two weeks it's already been back for the wheels to be replaced in the correct order after they were incorrectly fitted. Today the batteries were either dead or low. However I'm not fond of someone talking to another person with the board Infront of their mouth and looking at me. The young lady who dealt with me was lovely though.

A superb experience from the test drive with Dawn through the quote and eventual order placement to the final delivery and collection. Kyle in the finance team was also very helpful in progressing the finance agreement etc. can thoroughly recommend Norton Way Peugeot. Thank you!

A very good experience and a very smooth purchase

Dave was amazing from the start of putting our order through for a new car. He kept us up to date every step of the way. He was a pleasure to deal with. He sent us a video of our car before we even collected the car. When we did collect the car he went through every aspect. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff , kept up to date with all stages of getting my car . Also available after sale for any issues .

**UPDATE 01/10/25** Emailed Paul Sames on 27 August, as advised in the response from Norton Way and am currently still awaiting a response from him! I will now be taking this further as it is an absolutely disgusting service, particularly when I have done what I was asked to do. Haven't heard anything from any of the Managers that supposedly had my complaint passed on to them either, surprisingly!

Took my car in for a service and MOT back in January and was told then that it would need front (60% worn)and rear (50% worn)pads and discs in about 6 months time and they provided me with a quote. Called back to book it in a month ago and was told the quote had now expired and it would cost more. Rang a different independent garage to book it in (thankfully) and took it in on Friday. Ten minutes after I dropped ot off, they called me and asked me to go back and have a look at it. Front pads were only 20% worn and backs were still practically brand new!!! Had I taken it back to Norton Way, they would have charged me an extortionate amount for doing absolutely nothing, as there was nothing to be done. Thankfully, the garage I did take it to were extremely honest and refused to carry out work that clearly didn't need doing. I will be taking this further and reporting them as it is totally unacceptable behaviour, but just wanted to make others aware, so they don't get ripped off by these cowboys!

As a female that knows nothing about cars it can be daunting but Jade, Archie and the whole team there always have a smile and put you at ease .

Thanks to Dean for the help on buying a ev van. I knew nothing about them and must of asked a million questions and still am after sales. Great patience great after care.
