We bought our car here and we received great customer care. Good clear communication, and polite and pleasant service. Would recommend them, and Ravi who handled the sale was great.

Staff at Wimbledon Honda were knowledgeable and able to communicate the specifications of the Honda Civic Hybrid. They kept us informed whilst we waited for the car to become available and then completed the sale & delivery efficiently and with care.

Wimbledon Park Honda staff listened and understood what we were looking for. They were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The handover was excellent with Tracy taking time and care to make sure we understood the functionality of the car. We are delighted with our car and the service.

The sales person was not 100% able to answer some questions regarding signs on dashboard, but managed to get a "tech" person to answer

First-time car owner experience with Honda

Moved to England 2 years ago, got my license recently, and first ever car from Honda, a used Jazz. Wasim at Honda Wimbledon Park was like the best sales agent I could encounter, very patient in answering all my simple questions and gave me all the help I need throughout the process, highly impressed!

Very pleasant all the way through

The process went very smoothly, and Wasim was very helpful. The Wimbledon branch is a bit out of the way for me but my experience was very good so I'd be happy to go there again in the future (though I'm hoping to have my new (used) car for many years to come!)

When I turned up to pick up the car I had purchased , I found a pin dent in the rear drivers side door, the car had also been stored on the road overnight leading to black dot marks on the bonnet and roof, after driving home I found a further dent on the roof and had been given the wrong MOT certificate, I have had to chase up the warranty as well and was also issued a photo copy of the V5 new drivers slip.

The garage has agreed to repair both dents and clean the car after emails, however overall due to the initial quality issues and handover, I would have liked my money refunded and to return the car. Overall disappointed.

Great experience overall, I am a long standing customer of Wimbledon Park Honda of many years, and of Honda cars in particular. As usual, great customer service. Daniel Bartlett went through the sale process in detail, and kept me fully informed at all times. Although there is a lot of paperwork to get through, it was seamless. Tracy Foster the sales administrator sent me all the information required for the sale and part exchange of my old car, and kept in touch through the whole process.

The sales team led by their manager Jas Bachu were helpful, provide complete information and understand the needs of the customers. They were courteous and efficient. Definitely will recommend this Honda centre to my family and friends and will be looking forward to purchase my next car with them.
