A quite bad experience, well transformed in good experience

At the arrival, the lamp does not light on and the lamp returned damaged by the carrier but Nostraforma found a very good solution.

We regret that there has been a misunderstanding with the forwarding company during the pick-up of the goods. We are always keen to offer our best possible service. Also in your interest we expressly recommend not to send the items without any appropriate packaging in the future. BRILLIANT SERVICE AT GREAT PRICE

I purchased a Mega Bulb Pendant Ceiling Light SR2 by Sofie Refer. Unfortunately it arrived slightly damaged.
I emailed Nostraforma when it arrived to inform them and request an exchange. With absolutely no fuss they arranged for the damaged item to be collected (via UPS).
They then sent out a replacement which arrived in perfect condition.
I would purchase from them again and definitely recommend them.

Ho effettuato due ordini su questo sito, alle spalle c'è un' azienda molto seria che nel mio caso ha saputo gestire nel migliore dei modi un ordine complesso (ho ordinato prodotti da più marche) ...

Very good experience

Bought an Artemide lamp one week ago. Reasonably priced, shipping to Norway by Ups vas reasonable too. The whole process took five days!
Will definitely buy from them again.

Erstklassiger Shop, top Preise

Habe hier eine Design-Leuchte von Kundalini zu einem unschlagbaren Preis gefunden. Abwicklung professionell, Lieferung pünktlich. Das Angebot im Shop an Design-Leuchten und Design-Möbeln ist erstklassig, die Präsentation ist sehr gut.
