To clarify, our Discord is active and continues to be a space for our community. If anyone has an issue with payouts, there will always be a valid reason, and we’re transparent about it every single time.

If the traders you mentioned believe there’s been a mistake, we strongly encourage them to contact our support team directly. We’ll always investigate and make things right if an error has occurred.

Hi there — we completely understand how upsetting your experience must have felt, and we’re genuinely sorry you’ve come away with this impression. 🙏

To be clear: **Nostro is not a broker, investment service, or financial company** — we’re an educational trading platform offering **simulated prop-style challenges** where traders can qualify for funded simulated accounts and earn payouts based on performance.

We never refuse payouts without valid cause. Every payout request is manually reviewed, and if a breach occurs — such as exceeding drawdown limits or violating risk parameters — it’s clearly documented and shared with the trader. If you believe your case wasn’t handled fairly, please reach out to our support team with your account details so we can **personally re-review** it and ensure everything was processed correctly.

We acknowledge that, earlier this year, **server migrations and dashboard upgrades** caused some delays and communication gaps. We took full responsibility for that, and since then we’ve moved to **our own secured servers**, rebuilt the dashboard from scratch, and restored full payout operations — including larger withdrawals.

As for Discord and social media moderation: channels were temporarily limited during platform maintenance to prevent misinformation while the technical team worked through updates — not to silence traders.

We truly value transparency and fairness, and we’re committed to proving that through consistent action, not words. Please reach out directly so we can look into your specific case and make things right if any error occurred.

We want to make it clear that Nostro Markets always honours payouts for traders who meet the rules and criteria. If you believe there’s been a mistake with your account or compensation, please reach out directly to our support team — we’ll always review it and make things right where needed.

We’ve worked hard over the past few months to rebuild our systems, launch our own broker, and improve reliability for our community. We know the journey hasn’t been perfect, but everything we do is to create a better and more stable environment for traders long term.

And in regards to payouts, yes we do. It's a shame people feel the need to say this over and over again.
