Found my parts using the part identifier and arrived next day, great service.

Big selection of spares, easy to find what i needed, very quick delivery!

The product was just what I needed and made the shower installation really simple. Great service and good price.

Rare to find these days. A first class can do helpful staff. I needed to find a tap cartridge to replace a faulty one. I took a pic of it and some dimensions. I contacted another company to see if they could help. Tyr answer was ...no we don't have anything that size. Not Just Taps e mailed me back quickly with what they thought looked the
same. I also asked about kits to rebuild cartridges. I was provided links for the cartridges and the kits so quickly. I ordered the parts and within 2 days they came through my door at home. It's so rare to find a company that can help solve problems. I was blown away by their service. Fully recommend them.

I was looking for a pair of tap insert valves to replace some faulty ones that had 32 splines, came across this company on line easy to compare what I wanted, price etc was good and the delivery was very quick would certainly use again.

I contacted NotJustTaps via their website as I was at a complete loss as to which replacement on/off cartridge I needed to stop my shower from dripping. I had already tried a local shop without success. I received a very prompt response from NotJustTaps and within a couple of days I had received the required cartridge which I am pleased to report cured the problem. NotjustTaps is are quite good when looking for a specific part that cannot be found elsewhere. Both items arrived well wrapped and protected. Two little draw backs for me are; They offer no discount for businesses, and their couriers APC, leave cards, if you are not home, which then mean, for me, a 28 mile round trip to pick item up or you can ask for a re-delivery which all takes time. APC doesn't open until 9am and closes at 1700 which isnt good when you're a busy business. An option for leaving the item in a safe place or with a neighbour, known in advance of delivery would be advantageous.
