novibet レビュー

My wife had an account that was winning. I asked for withdrawal of all the funds but they did not pay claiming that i was handling multiple accounts.

I was a bit shocked by the amount of negative reviews. Personally, my experience has been great. In the beginning it wasn't my first choice as they didn't have a couple of game providers I'd normally play, but overtime it became one of the 2-3 casinos I only ever use now. Never had any issues. Verification process was simple. Within 30 seconds of requesting a withdrawal it's in my bank account. Good game selection. Whether I win or lose I still feel they have been fair. Overall it's just a good casino.

Another fraudulent company.,.this is why you withdrew from the UK.

This site is not to be trusted. Look on.

I had a problem with verification I got connected to live chat gave the bot some info and then an agent joined helped me perfect great person Walid R is

I spent nearly 1000 euro and they did'nt even give me a small bonus.I am thinking of closing the account

After verifying my account, I played for 3 months and I made a few withdrawals and everything was fine, then I lost a bit and today I won and problems with verification started... No more of this crap.....

be careful, getting the money back is almost impossible. KYC process they want all the possible information, telephone connection, electricity bill, bank account document and when you have sent them they always want something else. I have been trying to get 100e back for a month now and have not succeeded yet.

I won free spins on a game called Greek Gods, there were suppose to be 20 and the game gave me 11, not the first time something like this happens but the first time that I made a report to novibet, which of course they blamed me and did no investigation at all.

Stay away, plenty of other companies to subscribe who respect their valuable customers.

I participated in their promotion but free spins of the promotiom was never added to my account. I also won 10 golden chips and 5 free spins from their lucky wheel - also not added. Scam site.

Stay well away robbed my 1300 winnings. Disabled my account and couldn't do anything about it.

I really liked Novibet for awhile. I like the promotions and found luck there, withdrawals were prompt and quick. But I am just after getting money I won withheld from me for a week. I provided my card when they told me they needed an image of it. Then I was told it was for technical reasons. Then I was told I needed to wager more of my deposit. Then I was told it was a technical error again. I do not mind if issues happen, I work in the industry and I am well aware of T&C's and that technical errors can happen. But the information given to me throughout this week was contradictory in nature. I was emailed with generic templates, it feels like you are talking to AI and not an actual human who provides context and clarity. I finally got my money just there, even though they just sent me an email saying it was declined again and I need to now provide a bank statement?

I don't think I will be using them again. Its a shame because it is a great casino, but their customer service is lacking and does not explain what is actually going on. I don't know why they processed the withdrawal, and then emailed me telling me it was declined and to provide a bank statement. Aw well.

5 Star because:

I joined novibet recently when I saw their promotion for new players and they sponsor my team as well. Everything runs smoothly in the platform, easy to find and play soccer matches (that's my bet). Got the bonus as expected, nice odds, plenty of options and good promotions. *Read always each company t&c's before you get your bonus etc.*

I won some money, confirmed some validation steps, got paid. Have zero complaints, trustworthy company and will continue to play.

Thank you novibet.

Stole money from my mother about £2000.

Took to Ibas never once was presented with any evidence. Kept on asking for verification was started withdraw.

Stay away from these guys just stay with the major bookies.

Don’t play in this gambling site. They don’t do pay outs. Always avoiding withdrawal and asking other bank cards also small deposit. Or just saying it’s technical problems. Liers and scammers.

Very nice site. Good bonuses and fast payout. First payout they want some extra documents. But all got solved in 24 hours.

Avoid all cost ! It has been over a month but my kyc verification still in pending ! Can't withdraw money ..... Keep telling to wait .
