novibet レビュー

Shameful company - phony terms and conditions to their betting 'offers'. I am clearly not alone, given their glorious amount of one star reviews. Do not trust them ever!! Isle of Man Gambling Commissioners - beware of this company!

I recently signed up for a promotion for the EURO UEFA final and followed all the instructions carefully. I even contacted customer support to confirm that everything was set up correctly and was assured that the bonus was active and everything was good. However, the next day, I had to reach out to support again after winning when I should have gotten 50x free bet, only to be told that now suddenly I had used the "wrong promotional code." Even though I joined using their promotional link, that uses an automated code. Later that evening, I contacted support once more and was suddenly informed that my bet was now considered "0% rake" and was not accepted, despite using the default betting options with no alternatives available for the final. I was told that the bonus department would review this case but got nothing back from them. A very dishonest casino with false promotions.

nearly impossible to actually get your money out of your account

Novibet is a fantastic online casino!
They have a gift wheel you can spin every day which will reward you with at least 10 wager-free spins on next deposit. You can even win a $5 wager-free cash bonus!
They occasionally add free spins to your account, give out free bets, have friendly support and solid game collection. While the number of games isn't the highest, they still have over 3000 slots to choose from, with all major providers accounted for.

And here's the best part: Their payouts are almost instant.
If you use Interac e-transfer, the first withdrawal will ask you to create your own question and password for the transfers.
In my experience, I've never waited over 5 minutes from the time of request until the money had been sent.

Oh, I almost forgot...
Novibet also provides their games at the default RTP!!

THIS is how an online casino should operate.

Zero stars. This company stinks. Don't offer best odds guaranteed, cancelled my first withdrawl and wouldn't honour the €50 welcome bonus. Very slow to respond via email, they are an unprofessional outfit, if you are going to gamble, do it with a decent outfit, no shortage of them

If I could give zero stars that's what I'd give, won €50 got an email soon after saying my account was deactivated, total scam and rip off.Stay away from this sham site.

Horse racing odds what a joke compare a race before the off with say bet 365 every horse is under the price and then you don’t get the better price if you win, ripping the customer off and you can’t even watch the race on the crap site absolute muck

The worst betting company ever.I won a dissent amount off money I did a withdrawal and all of a sudden my account got hacked and lost the exact amount of cash from my bank from their app and “I” was betting 20€ worth of spins.Dont even bother to make an account they are scams

I have had the displeasure of join in this sham of a gambling site.
Gambling shouldn't actually be in the title, as they are scammers.
I have recently won 1,500e through their horse racing part of the business, but have lost around 4k doing this.
Then they start letting you bet about 2e on a race. or stall your bet so you cannot place it in time.
I thought a gambling site was about gambling, so dont dare win any money or you will be penalised.
Also, they never give you the better odds after a race is run, which is illegal no???
They give you the absolute worst odds they can and call themselves a gambling site.
Bunch of scam artist who should be shut down for their dishonest activity.

They decided to cancel winnings around 5k euros claiming wrong odds with no further explaination . True thives . Avoid them at all costs!

Please avoid these. Absolute scammers. Won 631 and wouldnt pay me. Deactivated my account and kept my winnings. Avoid at all costs

Such an awful casino, won money fairly (no bonuses involved) and they refuse to pay, they send generic emails saying “we are looking into this” over and over again. Let’s spread the word to get this company through the media and closed down and prosecuted.

sends out emails with offers that dont exsist customer support is horrible when you eventually get through to them a terrible experiance i dont like leaving negative reviews but people should be aware that this casino is not to be trusted the chat bot puts you on hold until bonuses expire took me 30 hours to get a response from support only to be told my bonus expired.

Please do not bet with these I have just been accused by novibet support of forging documents ... Because I have reported them of not paying my winnings ... There low and are scum

Atrocious betting site for horse racing......their prices are well below market rates, they do not offer best odds guaranteed or first past the post settlement.

Never pay out. If you withdraw with wrong payment option it will be declined in hours. If you withdraw with right one, well 7-days and waiting. It is a scam, avoid at any cost.

GTPou**o (for those who know)
novibet.gr

THIEVES. There were some times that you won money and when you were ready to make a deposit, an error occurred: "We are sorry for the inconvenience" for this "type of technical error" when you had placed your bet the odds were wrong (something that is entirely on THEIR part). Not only not gave money back after the "wrong odds" betting, but also they didnt permit the rest winning money for deposit. Ιn general the conclusion is this:
You may be lucky for short time and make some money, but in the not distance future: STAY AWAY

The voided my bet cause the player did not start however he played 30mins and shot on target as the bet was.
They never reply their emails.
In general bad bad customer service

just regular scam website. if you win some money they will never pay to you. They would make you waiting weeks and anyway never pay

They will do everything possible to delay and not pay out winnings. They want massive amounts of documentation even after you got your KYC verification. The customer service team don't need to track issues with the same customer, it's like they open a new case everytime. Management is unaccountable and I was told through webchat I couldn't speak to the manager. I will say that the phone line service is slightly better, but again they try to fob you off and say we'll be in touch through email.

Disgraceful company, really just scamming behaviour. Please for the love of God just use Bet365/Skybet/Paddy Power/Ladbrokes. Novibet have caused an unbelievable amount of stress.
