novibet レビュー

I won their novileage competition worth 1k..irish site. They failed to pay out. Waiting over two weeks for resolution. Keep fobbing me off.

Hi guys I made a withdrawal from Novibet but haven't got any of my winning yet,all my KYC check done, all verification completed but still not been paid,Got an email from security saying there is a breach of t/c when I have done nothing wrong but winning few bets,Scammers decided to close my account with about 1000 euros stolen

Terrible Customer Service. Their customer service is useless, I have had multiple issues, every time they tell you to email support but they never reply or fix any issues. They had a free game where you can win a share of €1000, but once I won it the first time they stopped letting me play. They are a scam.

Easily the worst, and totally inept, I have ever come across. Unbelievably useless

Worst company I have ever dealt with. I would have rather give zero stars. This company is a complete utter scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! They withhold any winnings and never pay out. They keep requesting further documents to verify you and each time you do, they ask for more and more proof with the hope that you give up and cancel your withdrawal and bet it away so you lose and they don’t have to pay out. I am shocked that they have gotten away with this for so long. They should be reported. Scammed hundreds of ppl out of thousands of euro on trustpilot and askgamblers.com you can read all the other reviews saying the exact same thing.

Don't sign up here. Didn't receive welcome bonus and when they applied it, it wouldn't work. HUGE SCAM!!!

GIFTWHEEL just give me 5$ Casino games, but i have to wait 24h before it show on my balance

Complete scam, deposited money And made a few quid, when I went to log in it said my email And password weren't recognised.

I have been with Novibet for a week and unfortunately have just requested account closure. I liked the structure of the website and I felt that the welcome offer was generous so I signed up. I would consider myself a small stakes pastime punter with most interest in Rugby Union Markets. However, I also enjoy an occasional punt on horseracing so was disappointed to learn that Novibet do not offer Best Odds Guaranteed.
Novibet had a Promo on the opening 6 Nations match France V Ireland which offered an ascending scale of free bets based on the size of bet placed. The free bet conditions were that the participant must press the green button to claim the Promo and that the odds were to be a minimum 1/2 on pre match or in play. I followed this, accepted under the terms and immediately placed an E50 bet on the France v Ireland match. A Free bet of E25 should have issued on a bet of E50 or over within 24hrs after event is over. I received a free bet of E5 on Friday night and have engaged twice with Novibet's Live Chat to query why the Free bet of E25 had not issued. I have just been advised that the Free bet of E5 issued was based on an earlier bet I had placed (a rugby accumulator) But that bet was placed outside and previous to any promo. As mentioned - the T&C's were clear re acceptance prior to availing of the Promo. I was disappointed to have to argue this with an agent as my Bet history is clear wrt times and magnitude of bets. I pursued this on principle, but cannot expend further time on this. So I have decided to close the account. I could not have any confidence going forward with this firm.

Deveria ser banida do mercado brasileiro. Propaganda enganosa. Demorou 10 dias para devolverem meu dinheiro e eu finalmente conseguir me livrar desses aproveitadores. Aconselho 1xbet e bet365

Try to register a new account their o
Platform never send me a code mo one bothered to help me

Long winded process of card verification but can’t complain otherwise they’ve been fine. Quick withdrawal once fully verified.

The worst company ever. Stole my winning 7500 euros.

I hope the regulatory bodies shut down the company after this fraud. I am going against them with my laywer

This Gambling company is not to be trusted, very slow , keep sending my irish passport and other documents
got verified after a month i won only €100 , tried to withdraw , it was on pending for 4 weeks still not processed and just today they closed my account and stole my withdraw
Guys i swear to god u will never get ur winnings even if the amount is small.

The worse and slowest site ever, if u withdraw u will never ever get ur money , their live chat is useless they dont have any info, verification will take months even with European passport and proof of address,
They just want to take ur money , the moment u withdraw,ur account will be blocked and wont answer to any email, Stay away if u don't want to lose ur money, u will never get ur winnings never ever

Worst casino platform. Avoid it 100%!!! The casino game glitched while I was on bonus rounds and when I called they told me there is nothing wrong with the game, like the couldn’t find the winnings I had. Total scam !!

Avoid at all costs! They stole my money. The bonus system is a scam and they are just a fraud. No idea how they still exist. Will probablz file a lawsuit as soon as I find the will and time.

Honestly I haven't had to bad of an experience with novibet until recently, they have started to take my deposit from my bank but not show up in my betting account and when I contact them about it I have to provide screenshots and it takes quite a while to get a response on if my money is going to be returned.

Slowest site i ever played , they need 10 days to verify you , 5 days to withdraw your money , 1 day to give you rewards like free spin or golden chips, 1 hour to answer on live chat , just stay away and go to stoiximan or bwin

Complete run around. Guessing they’re running into cash flow issues or exit scamming? I’ve withdrawn from dozens of sportsbooks and never had an issue. I’m on week 3 and the only word I get from them is that they’re informing the correct department.
