Terrible company. They lie and scam. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid this company. Items arrived late and I missed the event I wanted to wear them to. They were terrible and I had to return them. Return started on 16th August, I have only just received my refund on the 5th November. Customer service isnt great and it cost me over £20 to return. Clothes are not fitting and poorly made.

I ordered 3pairs of tracksuit 2months ago, I only received one pair...very disappointed especially because they are for daughter's birthday...upto day I keep sending them emails more than 6times and all I get back is nothing...I had saved that money because that is all she wanted for her birthday which is in 2weeks

Don’t do it, I bought two dresses same style different colours and they don’t fit at all. I’m a standard 12. Can’t send them back as the cost would be on me and it’s not worth it. They have offered me a £16 refund for nearly £60 worth of clothes.

I payed for 3 items and I only received 2 which are really bad quality. I've tried contacting them as a want to return the items for my money back and only got so far and they stopped to help me which is poor and disgusting customer service. It is daylight robbery, what they advertise is not what you get.

None of the items I received looked anything like they did on the website. All same size but one was far too small & the others too large. Quality was terrible & very complicated returns process. Don’t waste your money

Great site, a fab choice of clothing, different colours and different sizes.
Customer service was excellent when I had to contact them about potential refunds.
Would definitely recommend taking a look

Got a package which is what I expected with the expected size! However the material was cheap and was low quality! The sizing was really off, I ordered a size M as I prefer oversized however as a small petite 8 it was still very small! Spoke to customer service to return and the best they could offer me was a partial refund as postage would be “£8”. I understand this isn’t a huge cooperation however for a clothing company I would expect a better return service! It had to be done through titkok which wasn’t easy to find, and generally was a confusing process! I have to say the staff have always been lovely online and I cannot complain about there helpfulness and politeness!

Ordered 3 items. One was too small. Strange as they were all a large (baring in mind I’m a 10-12) won’t be ordering from here again as the quality is rubbish.

This company customer service is a joke, I wanted to return an item for £30 and they are only offering a £9 refund, disgusting how they can believe that this is acceptable

- Poor customer service
- Over complicated returns procedure.

Went on the website and was told to email to return the items which I did. They responded and offered me a £13 refund on a order of £33 if I kept the items, I said no and I was happy to pay return postage to a UK address.

They refused to give me the address and said I needed to log the return via the TikTok shop. Went on the app and chose the only approbate option which was refund which was then denied because I was supposed to click 'return and refund' but that option was not there.

I cant change the return option now on the Tik Tok app. So I am stuck with items that do not fit and that I cannot return because the 'correct' option is not there on the Tik Tok app and they won't provide the return address.

I am happy to pay for return postage, I just want to return items that don't fit and get a refund which I don't think is a lot to ask.

Speedy delivery and excellent customer service, beautiful clothes not exactly what I was expecting but beautiful. I’m going to look fabulous at my family party

NowRain is a great place to order from but I read some of the reviews and got concerned it wouldn’t be good but for £15 oh my this exceeded my expectations by far such a good dress 👗 so pretty! And also great customer service! The staff were great I explained that I needed the dress by a certain date which it arrived on time by the way! And they upgraded my shipping for free! Such a great service! And a massive thank you to the staff for helping get the dress to me so quickly will definitely be ordering again soon!

I made an order and needed to cancel it immediately. I contacted customer support and within 24 hours my refund had been issued and no questions asked.

The order was a mistake (I actually wasn't ready to check out) and I had no idea if cancelling would work or not.

I can't believe how prompt and understanding the support team were and how efficient they were.

I ordered a dress from this company, and after reading some of these reviews I did get a bit worried, it has arrived today email and shipping information right from purchase to delivery, I’m a size 14 thought I would purchase XL (16) just to be safe, so happy with the dress it’s lovely same as the advert lovely colour, I couldn’t be more pleased

Thanks for the review was going to orders some lovely sandal on the website but I don’t think I will bother now … such a shame !!

I was a bit concerned after my order took a wile to reach me .But to be fair they always answered my email when my orders arrived I was pleasantly surprised the quality was really nice and the items a good fit .I will defenatly order more track suits for myself and daughter for winter months I would of given the 5* but delivery was a bit longer then I thought

Too small, terrible quality. Not as advertised. They give you a massive run around when trying to return their garbage. Returns are NOT free - but also not addressed to china. They gave me an address in Wales Mr Zou Shipping address: the Buckley arms, Top Minllyn, Dinas Mawddwy, Machynlleth SY20 9LP . Do not waste your money or your life units on this pack of fraudsters. I have reported them to the Trading Standards Authority.
