Turned up to look at a puma ST and the service was brilliant from start to finish. Tim was brilliant made everything so easy and straight forward makes a cracking up of tea. Also Shuck was brilliant too

I experienced great customer service from Adam Maycock. The process was slightly delayed due to the Christmas period and bad weather but Adam and his colleagues stayed in touch and kept me up to date with the process the car went through (health check, dent fixed, valeting). My car was delivered to my door in great condition and I part exchanged my old car for slightly more than quoted by other companies. Great service, great experience, very happy customer

We have just purchased our new car and Adam helped us, he couldn't have been anymore helpful even sorting my online finance out when I was struggling to upload things nothing was too much . He explained everything in detail ensuring we understood everything , he's a lovely guy who's very patient and friendly yet not pushy .
